Went to warranty out an alternator and refused to help me when the manager couldn't figure out how to use the alternator/starter tester. Very rude. Told Me the store down the street might have one but didn't bother to look it up or call them. Upset me so much I felt I had to contact corporate about this. I am and always have been a loyal AutoZone customer, because of they're unequaled quality of service. this experience has made me feel that corporate has turned a blind eye. Where is the district manager? The regional?? Guess they make so much from this area they don't care.
