I am ordering you to demand the return of the unapproved charge that was placed to my debit card for the amount of $16.00 on 6/21/2018. I have ordered nothing from your company and I have already notified the police, as well as the better business bureau and the attorney general's office for my state, as well as that of new jersey! The site noted on the bank statement is adbl.co/bill. There is no other information available!
I am requesting a refund to my debit card immediately!

very bad software downgrade
I've been a member of Audible for over 14 years and have loved it. HOWEVER, Audible recently "dumbed down" their software, replacing useful information in my Library - especially the column that provided information about whether or not I own the companion Kindle books, and whether a Kindle book is available for that book - with completely unnecessary big pictures of the books' covers.
As if we don't know how to read a list of books and need a picture. What? Does Audible think its listeners are children? I am incredibly annoyed by the change as it affects one important way in which I decide where and when to listen to a particular book.
I have contacted both Audible and Amazon in every way possible, and only receive vague responses about "passing the information along" or something. Amazon and Audible are supposed to be linked, but eliminating the Kindle Whispersync column in my personal Library is stupidest move ever.

podcast advertisements
I listen to many, many podcasts. Many of these podcasts are supported by audible. When the podcast plays an advertisement for Audible, Audible claims to have thousands upon thousands of titles, yet the examples given are always the same: "The Book Theif" and the "The Power of Introverts". Why do you guys only promote those two titles? Why do these authors get endless free advertisement and promotion? Not only is it incredibly unfair to countless other authors, I am absolutely sick and tired of hearing these author names and titles. Honestly, at this point I would go out of my way to avoid products from either author, and it makes Audible seem like a company with problems.
Anyway..my two cents.

Continuing charge
I canceled my service months ago and still continue to be charged. Therefore I've canceled each month continuously and I'm still being charged. I've gotten 1 book and it was in the very beginning and didn't even get to finish it so please take my card off of the list to be charged and return my money. I also did not give consent for my card information to be saved on the temporary account.
Con sorpresa veo que desde enero 2018 me estan haciendo un cargo a mi tarjeta por 14, 95$ que al cabo de 5 meses suma 74, 75$. Esto lo considero una estafa puesto que ni he comprado libro de lectura por Amazon ni por ningun otro servidor y tampoco he autorizado ni metido datos de mi tarjeta para que descuenten esa suma.

I realized today that my debit card was charged 16.15$ for Audiobooks in which I did not authorize. This is a huge inconvenience for me seeing as how the money that was taken from my card was money I needed for my childrens school event. I expect to be fully refunded said money's and hope that your company is honest enough to compensate me for being so inconvenienced.

I am complaining about unauthorized. Charges for the past five months on my debit card by audible. I have not subscribed to any services by audible but for the last five months, an unauthorized charge of $14.95 has been charge on my debit card account with bank of america without any authorization from me. Multiple unauthorized credit card charges that total $14.95 each. I will be notifying my bank and stating that these charges are fraudulent. I have never had any contact with the company Audible. I do not understand how this company has obtained my card information. This has been going on for months and I am demanding that these charges be stopped immediately and all monies refunded.
You should also do an identity check.

Fourteen months worth of 14.95 charges on my credit card. Not paying attention, life going too fast. I guess when you buy the device you get one month free trial. If YOU DON'T cancel then you get the charge. I didn't even know about free trial.
Called today. Got the fourteen months credited back to my credit card with an email confirming this.
Encourage all to call if this is happening to you. They make money from dumb [censored] like me who do not pay attention.

I was changedriving 15.95 and did not approve this. I have never signed nor want this. This is the second time I've emailed y'all concerning this matter I would appreciate someone reply. I really can't afford money being took off my car to do believe someone else was using my card that did not have my permission. I've had trouble with this in the past the matter I'm dealing with.

I have noticed these charges of $14.95 on my bank statement for several months and did not know how to contact the company making these withdrawals from my account. I don't know why I didn't try to find out online but I found this page today. I did report it to my bank once but since I didn't have enough info nothing was done about it. y question now is, "Can anyone out there tell me what to do"?

I never ordered this service and I don't know how they got my credit card number to charge me monthly $15.96. I can't call them as no phone number is on my monthly bank statement. My bank wants me to contact them first but that is not possible so now I'm making this complaint for fraudulent charges. unauthorized credit card charges & unauthorized membership with recurring charges
I was looking at Audible because it came to me as recommended by someone on Facebook. (Which, now, I realize was a marketing hoax.)
I looked at the e book company, but did not sign up for a membership and most definitely Did Not give any credit card information.
I notified my credit card company that I did not authorize the 2 charges of $16.37 and didn't know how they got my account number. They filed a dispute.
Today I looked up Audible's phone number on their web customer service page and called. Apparently, if you have EVER had an Amazon account they can enroll you and charge your card based on Amazon's records. I was appalled. This is a fraudulent act of Amazon (no surprise here) and Audible (probably a subsidiary). I assume it's disclosed in fine print somewhere... but if our credit card numbers can be transferred without our permission... this should be construed as Fraud and Illegal. Please write your "congress-persons" to get this practice stopped. (Before Amazon controls our government, if it's not too late.)

You billed my debit card $14.95 on March 19th and I have never had an account with you nor have I ever authorized you to debit my account. It is my understanding that you have often taken Amazon info from actual subscribers and used that info to get other cards to bill without their authorization, this is fraud. Please stop being a fraudulent operation and go back to being legitimate. I have notified my bank of your fraud and asked them to look into your billing practices.

I need it was extracted from my bank account I never ordered any audible books and if I don't receive my refund in a week I'm going to close my account that way they can stop taking money out of my account. I have been billed by the Audible company for several months although I did not sign any contract with them. On December 22 I subscribed for a free trial by installing a free app on my phone. It was very unclear that after a month they will start billing me. I was not using the app at all. Then, on January 22, I was billed 14.95 USD (19.42 CD). Before the billing date, February 22, I cancelled the account on audible. The cancellation was confirmed but on February 22, I was still charged and I got an e-mail that my account had been renewed. I have not asked for it! How do I stop this from happening?

I was charged 12, 43 euros on the 18th of March by Audible. I did not order anything nor subscribe to any services.in fact, I have never even visited their website.
