Ashley Stewart / plunge bra/poor service/poor quality

I ordered the Plunge Butterfly bra. It fit well, but after about half an hour of wearing it, the under-wire broke. Because I was being stabbed with the wire and was not somewhere that I could take the bra off and store it, I had no choice but to throw it away. After sever attempts to contact and be refunded for a $50 bra that was worn once for less than an hour, I was told unless I could send back the bra, there was nothing they would do. End of story. The customer service was horrible. Response time was horrible, it took almost a week to be told there was nothing they would do. I will not shop with this company again.
