False claim, louvre of texas, artistic transfer second home
In 2018 a representative of Artistic Transfer sent me a link to its website artistictransfer.com claiming The Trois Estate would be hosting its second home and The Louvre of Texas is coming in 2019.
It has been nearly 3 years and still nothing.
Here is what the company published on its website:
Artistic Transfer not only acquired the exclusive publishing rights of this historic painting, but we will also be participating in the sale of the original painting, appraised by three of the most world renowned appraisers at around $20M. Part of the proceeds of this sale will benefit My Possibilities in Dallas, Texas, and will also facilitate the renovation of the internationally-sought Trois Estate in Fredericksburg, Texas. The Trois Estate and its partners will host the location of Artistic Transfer's second home and production facility by the end of the year! Here we will be hosting weekly art events, auctions, artist showcases, and printing and publishing services for the Texas Hill Country Fine Art community.
An additional museum and gallery is being built on the estate, to be home to some of the most famous masterpieces from master painters such as Monet, Van Gogh, and Jackson Pollock. Artistic Transfer artists will have the exclusive opportunity to participate in exhibitions where their paintings will be showcased next to these priceless paintings.
Please stay tuned for additional news in the coming weeks as we have more great details to share with you!

False claim of patent pending system
After I was contacted by a representative of Artistic Transfer I downloaded its product services document from its website and learned that it is falsely claiming that it has a "patent-pending system". This document was created on April 10th 2018 and revised on January 26th 2019. As of December 3rd 2020 this false statement has not been removed from its website.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I am reading here that on December 3, 2020 Artistic Transfer, LLC purportedly resolved this complaint.
Next I read that on December 7, 2020 Artistic Transfer, LLC published its threat to anyone who makes a legitimate complaint regarding its false patent claim. The company also threatened to "terminate agreements" with its artists.
After I downloaded its Artistic Transfer Solutions + Services document, I see that on December 30, 2020 the company quietly REMOVED its false patent claim when it republished this same content under a new document title.
I will not transact business with any company who publishes THREATS while failing to publish a retraction of its multi-year false patent claims.
I found it very helpful to check the public court records in Nevada. Ronald G. Bush testified under sworn oath in depositions that are filed publicly concerning his business partnership with John Golfis and Artistic Transfer LLC and the image capture system. Mr. Bush testified that John Golfis developed the image capture system and there is no patent filed. The US Patent office indicates no patent has been filed by Mr. Golfis. Sworn testimony in Nevada contradicts the response posted by Artistic Transfer, LLC.
Surprise Surprise, Ron Bush is still a criminal.

34. With regard to potential assets of the bankruptcy estate, the Debtor could not recall the exact whereabouts of certain property (a large camera printer) associated with the various business entities and indicated only that his alleged soon-to-be employer Artistic Transfer may have gotten some property from him "last year, maybe two years ago." When pressed a bit further about a specialized camera printer, the Debtor indicated that the printer, originally purchased for around $6, 000.00, was sold to Artistic Transfer for $750.00.
44. The Debtor's Schedule I indicates that the Debtor is employed, yet lists no information concerning such employment and no income derived therefrom. The Debtor has testified repeatedly that despite his pre and post-petition travels to Texas, Mexico and Zurich for alleged employment related purposes, he has yet to earn any income. In one instance, the Debtor testified that these various entities are supporting him, but he has not done any work for them. In another instance, the Debtor testified that he anticipated getting back to work marketing art for hotels for Artistic Transfer, a company located in Dallas, Texas, as a Sales Rep. Yet a month later, the Debtor indicated that he had not earned any income.
45. Similarly, the Debtor's Schedule J lists almost no living expenses associated with the Debtor's existence, let alone his testimony that he is traveling roughly three weeks a month. The Debtor lists $300.00 a month in Transportation costs on his Schedule J, yet testified that he makes 3-4 trips to Texas a month with gas for each trip costing approximately $1, 000 per trip. No expenses are listed for the Debtor's other travel expenses, including his hotel stays, car rentals and airfare. The Debtor claims that such expenses are paid for or reimbursed by his (potential) employers, yet has failed to substantiate such claims.
