Arizona Pizza Company extremely below par customer service

I had recently visited an Arizona pizza located in Hadley Massachusetts 367 Russell st. the waitress was fine did her job was attentive. However the "Part owner/manager" I feel was a little subtle on degrading me on my ability to "read the menu". I asked for a pizza and did not realize that this pizza did not have a marinara base and it had a little to much...

Arizona Pizza Company Awful experience

We ordered a pizza to be delivered to our house and we started eating it. My daughter was on her second slice and she took a bite at the end of the slice. She looked over to the right side of the pizza and saw that a bite was taken out. I called the manager and of course he denied that would happen. You can tell the bites are different. So he offers another pizza, we of course are not going to eat there ever again. I have him return my money and get this, he sends the guy who took a bite out of the pizza to return the money. On top of that the delivery guy tells us that we are not allowed to call them ever again to order a pizza. I plan on suing them, why would I ever call them again except to let them know what day they need to appear in court. I have saved the slice of pizza and plan on proving they took a bite out of our pizza.
