All That Cellular / Customer service
Ordered a cell phone, received it, called to activate it. Was told by Verizon that it was a stolen phone and they would not activate it. Called Allthatcellular and they said try again. Tried again. Same reply...not activating a stolen phone. Allthatcellular said ok send it back and we will send another in it's place. But, they did not have the same one in stock and they were not going to cover shipping for me to send back. So, I had to take a lesser value phone and pay to have the stolen one sent back. I paid express shipping on the first phone because I needed it for the weekend and they would not send me the replacement phone overnight to get it in time. Very unprofessional, I paid extra for faster service, didn't get it, I paid for a phone that was less valuable in the end, and I paid to send a phone back that was not even my fault!!! wow. I have all my email documentation for the conversation with this company to validate my accusations.
