AliExpressdispute result and your online chat agents

I had been submitting my complaints via your online chat agents before I open my Dispute, after my Dispute been closed, and appeal, .. more than 6 of them.

Terrible customer service recovery skills, lack of problem solvings competencies, unacceptable corporate lay back practices.

I will be more than willing to provide a detail chain of events substantiated by screenshots via email.

If this channel of complaint is still a waste of time, I will ensure my voice will be heard through other sources.
