How can I forward my complaint to the company? The manager at their sales office gave me this email [protected]@airarabia.com and it does not work. I also tried their online form and have not received a confirmation of my message. They have overcharged me by quoting one price and charging my account with a higher price. I just want a confirmation that they are actually dealing with my complaint before taking it any further.

    I have booked a flight one way from morocco to London and they quoted one price and charged me a higher price. Further more a charge of £7 was added before checkout named as an administrator charge. Further more to my dismay my bank chages me a further £7 for international transfer. Their customer service number is expensive and they dont answer any calls. What do I do?
