Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank [ADIB] / credit card charges for timely payment but delayed credit by adib bank

Dear Sir, This is PAVAN GOPAL SHROFF and am holding a ADIB VISA Platinum Card # [protected] since quite a few years. All this years my payments have been on time without any delay or any problem. In the month of October 2017 i made a payment for the due amount for AED 87, 890 on 25th October for which the payment from my Bank by cheque on 25th October, 2017 But ADIB credited my amount on 29th October, 2017 and hence recorded the delay charges for the amount of AED 2452.21 as Marhaba payment and despite of my numerous complaints and request calls, they refuse to reimburse the amount which is purely due to their faulty procedures. We feel that this is unethical, unacceptable and unjustified behavior on the Banks part as it appears that they are just waiting to extort the charges from their Loyal customers like this what they have done. Kindly request you to consider my complaint on priority and let me have a Justified Solution - Thanks PAVAN GOPAL SHROFF [protected] - pavan@dhalumal.com

Dear Sir,
I dont understand the silence over my genuine complaint as i have enclosed all the documents and the contents are self explanatory. The Payment was credited late and i was charged with penalty and if feels as if this amount was extorted from me unreasonably by a bank like ADIB - still awaiting response and justice - Thanks PAVAN SHROFF 055 3985544
