SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / customer service

United States is the worst company ever!!! I have never experienced a customer service with no technical expertise (Which you would assume they should have at this company). On the top of that that would put you on hold for a where long time. My record time with them pon the phone 101 minutes (Stayed with them out of principal) and they stil did not fix the problem. Let me rephrase... They still did not understand my question. The funny part they speak great english. Here is the solution for all of those who are tured of this company. Send an email or connect to the ceo of - oliver mauss - german guy and complain to him!!!
