I bought some auto parts from this dealership, but after I paid for them, they called me and said I had to pay triple the price
I bought some auto parts from this dealership, but after I paid for them, they called me and said I had to pay triple the price. They've been talking about this for two months now. I spent $26,000 and their representative told me that unless I pay triple, they won't give me my parts.
Competition Infiniti has been holding onto my refund of around $500 for a part they couldn't get in stock for months
Competition Infiniti has been holding onto my refund of around $500 for a part they couldn't get in stock for months. According to our agreement, they were supposed to issue a refund check for the full amount this past weekend. I gave my NEW address to *** in service so they could send the check. However, they ended up mailing it to my old address. I got really angry. ***, the manager, said they had the correct address but kept reading it incorrectly and needed me to correct the zip code. They claimed the check was sent to my new address, but my *** informed delivery shows otherwise. I feel like Competition Infiniti intentionally played games and lied to me. Not cool.
I've been takin' my 2015 Infiniti QX60 to Competition Infiniti of Smithtown, NY a bunch of times 'cause the lift gate in the back ain't safe
I've been takin' my 2015 Infiniti QX60 to Competition Infiniti of Smithtown, NY a bunch of times 'cause the lift gate in the back ain't safe. Infiniti and their support totally FAILED to keep us safe in our QX60. First off, it takes a crazy amount of force to stop the lift gate from comin' down when it's movin'. We compared it to other car makers and none of 'em require as much force as Infiniti does. The dealership says it's all normal and there ain't no problem. But it's a big design issue that makes things unsafe. The second problem is that the lift gate just comes down on its own right after you press the button to lift it up. So you open the lift gate, it goes all the way up, beeps 3 times, and then starts comin' back down. People have already gotten hurt 'cause of this, but Infiniti says it's all good. This vehicle ain't fine, and it's a major safety concern and Infiniti's responsibility. Leavin' this hard pressure to stop the lift gate could crush a kid and cause serious injury like it did to my wife. That was our main concern when we first brought the car in, but they said it's fine. Today, the trunk came down on my wife's head after it was just at the dealership yesterday, and now she's got throbbin' neck pain. It's pretty clear that your team didn't spend enough time testin' the vehicle to replicate this behavior that happens more than 25% of the time. The trunk's doin' the same thing that Competition Infiniti claimed they knew nothin' about and couldn't reproduce just last Tuesday, October *,, when the vehicle was with 'em. The trunk opens and then closes right on your head. We emailed the dealer, and now they're sayin' the first appointment is October , (One Week Away). They didn't bother callin' to check if we were okay or offer anythin' else. Must not be too important to 'em. So now we gotta deal with this unsafe condition for another week with this vehicle. If the dealer can't fix this safety issue for free, then they should swap the vehicle for a new one. This is gettin' ridiculous! It should be a global recall, especially with all the other people on the internet who've had this problem. A fancy high-end car brand should take pride in their vehicle and spend time testin' conditions to replicate things, like I've seen with other makers. But the dealership didn't wanna keep the car overnight for more testin' the next day, and just said there ain't no problem after they reset the lift gate. And here we are, a day later, with the same issue. This is a major safety concern. The dealership needs to keep the vehicle until they can replicate this unsafe issue and fix it for free. I'll be waitin' for your response. I'm a really unhappy customer, and I ain't bein' treated with care, especially after a serious injury that could've been avoided. This needs to be fixed ASAP, not when the field service technician is available. I'm lookin' into other options 'cause it ain't safe to have this condition on this vehicle.
