Friendship Auto first called me a liar when asked if I bought the car from them, I did, it's just under new ownership, the owner called me a liar. Then in August, they charged me *** more than usual for an oil change, told me GMC changed requirements and if I did not use this more expensive oil, my warranty would be void. I called GMC, and that was a lie, they did not change requirements. I went back to the GMC dealer, and they admitted it was wrong info, said that was the only oil they had that day to use. Then after multiple appointments to correct an issue with the radio and spending money for them to look at it each time, they finally said it was covered under warranty to replace. They did this, then tried to charge me *** for the replacement. They were very rude with me, finally someone looked up my coverage and said yes, it was covered, only after a very heated conversation with the service manager. Now, 4 days later, the new radio stopped working, and they refuse to look at it and would not allow me into the building. I called another GMC dealer 45 minutes away, and they said the warranty may require this to be fixed at the dealer that replaced it. So they will not take the car to fix it, so where am I left? There is so much more to the way they treated me I can't fit it all in this email. Please contact me so I can clearly communicate this to you. Right now, I need this radio fixed, all I have is a black screen, nothing on it will function.

I bought a truck from this company about four months ago. I was told that the truck had what we wanted, like fog lights, auto start, auto lights, and cruise control. When we signed the papers, we found out that the truck didn't have fog lights; they were in the back seat. There was no auto start, no cruise control, no auto door locks, nothing. I called the dealership and told them that we did not order this truck. They kept saying that they would order the truck. Then, on Tuesday, I believe it was October, we got a call from someone saying that he put the order in and it was accepted. They said they would start building it on the 28th of this month. We were told so many times that they ordered the truck and it would cost about the same. All we wanted was what we asked for. And now it's the 28th of November and we haven't heard anything yet. I also told him to just put the fog lights on and get the remote connect for the doors, which I received in the mail and it doesn't work. Let's connect that and we will move on. He replied that he already ordered my truck. We are still waiting. I feel that we were lied to time and time again. I just checked with the chat and they found that there is no order for the truck that he said he ordered. Lies and lies again and again. Look, all I want now is for the key fob to be connected, which doesn't work, and my fog lights to be put on and working. I will not bother them again. But I will not buy anything from them or send anybody their way for nothing. That's all I wanted, now too many lies have been told. Or an exchange, whichever comes first.

My car, a 2021 *** Crosstrek, was taken to the collision center at Friendship Chevrolet in *** for repairs about 6 weeks ago, as my insurance provider instructed. Unfortunately, while my car was being fixed, the repair center caused additional damage. They were painting my rear hatch door when it suddenly fell from the rack in the paint booth, shattering the glass and damaging the door. Instead of replacing the undamaged door, they repaired it and put it back on my car. On two occasions, I was called to pick up my car, only to discover more damage to the interior. It turns out that my car was left next to the paint booth with the rear glass and windshield removed, leaving the interior unprotected. They sent my car to a detailer who specializes in preparing vehicles for sale, but the paint damage and cleaning process caused further damage to the trim pieces and discolored my leather seats and other interior areas. There are even grease smears on my headliner. Today, I received a call saying that the dealership will no longer try to restore my car to its original condition when I dropped it off for repairs. They also mentioned that they won't cover the cost of a rental car anymore, claiming it's not their responsibility. I have attached several pictures showing the paint overspray, scratches on the trim pieces, and discoloration of my leather seats, doors, and other parts of the car. The dealership initially seemed willing to take responsibility for the damage, but today they completely changed their stance. Please take a look at the attached pictures.
