Tom's Auto Sales I bought a truck from Toms truck lot

I bought a truck from Toms truck lot. Before I got to the highway, I had problems. In the first 30 days I had my truck, 6 it sat in the shop for 1. I bought a 2007 Silverado on May 30th, had oil problems within 5 miles, I live 1 hr away from their shop. They "fixed" the oil issue, a lifter ended up going out, and they made me wait out the warranty, I drove a total of 700 miles. The truck ended up sitting in their shop for 30 days straight. I request a reimbursement of $1,271.66 from them for my insurance, truck payment, rental car, etc. They paid me $100.56 for parts I bought to attempt repair myself. I believe they need to refund me part of the purchase price, as they sold me a vehicle with issues. They also misrepresented the warranties they sold me, didn't say there was a $5k cap on claims for a warranty I paid $2,800 for! They also forced the engine work into it already costing $3k of the $5k max claims on it, that should have been their problem to fix to begin with!

Tom's Auto Sales I bought a car from Tom's Auto Sales Inc

I bought a car from Tom's Auto Sales Inc. on 4/23/22 in ***. We initially thought there was a problem with the strut, so they lowered the price to cover the repair costs. However, when I took the car to my mechanic the following week, it turned out that there were actually 8 different issues that needed fixing, costing me $2137.74. On top of that, the head gasket was on the verge of breaking, causing the engine to overheat. To fix this, I'll have to pay $2530.55. The car also wouldn't start a few days after the first visit to the mechanic. The salesperson at the dealership assured me that their mechanic had inspected the car and found no engine problems. I paid $6905 for the car and will end up spending even more on repairs. I've already contacted a lawyer to pursue legal action for misrepresenting the car's quality. I'm demanding a full refund for the repair costs to ensure the car is safe to drive. I don't have the paperwork for the head gasket repair yet, as the car needs to go to a different mechanic on 5/5. The car has spent more time in the shop than in my possession.

Tom's Auto Sales I bought a car from Toms Auto, a 2010 *** Equinox

I bought a car from Toms Auto, a 2010 *** Equinox. The next day, I took it to a mechanic at Tires Plus, and he said he heard my chains and refused to work on it. I called *** at Toms Auto and told him what the mechanic said. He said his mechanics would check it out. So, I took the car to *** and they couldn't find anything wrong, but they said I needed to change the spark plugs and gave me a tune-up. I talked to *** about it and let it go. Less than three weeks later, the check engine light came on and the car kept misfiring. I took it back to Firestone. They basically said my engine was shot and couldn't find the oil leak, so it must be coming from the exhaust. I called *** and sent him an email about what Firestone said. He told my son that Firestone erased the codes and his boss doesn't see anything wrong with the car. We have to wait for the check engine light to come back on. It's been a month and a half, and the light hasn't come back on. However, we can't keep oil in the car. We have to put oil in it every week because it just leaks out! Now we call Toms Auto to talk to ***, but he won't call us back. I guess I'm stuck with a car and a bad engine. I'm not going to pay 10 grand to fix the engine when I still owe $6500 on the car.
