Dec 29th I order service. All I was told it's $99 installation fee. On Jan 2nd no device I cancelled. On Jan 5th get email package shipped. I been trying get full refund because I cancelled before it was shipped. It's been 2weeks since I refused package. I been emailing liars & never once told ordering or cancel no full refund. I need full refund. Employees never disclose it takes over 5days to send device.

Desired outcome: Full refund. I never was told until after cancel in a email I read partial refund. I wasn't informed when my money was took it takes a week before I get device shipped & I didn't touch package cause I cancelled on 3rd.
