people are right not only is the service nasty and rude they are prejudice as well along with Customer Service I was told that I could not be serviced for a card that was not signed and has never been signed but was serviced many times before She did not have on a name tag but they claim that both of their names were Amanda the Taylor- as well as the branch manager told me that She was going to call the police on me for doing nothing wrong but being a black on break it's said as to what this world has come to I then spoke to Ann Bronson who did but asked if I was using government assistance card and that it's all over the that's it's illegal to Record on my phone that I paid the bill for every month it was a total disgrace I read some of the reviews and I should've followed my first mind and that went there but it was totally ridiculous if you can't you need to stay as far away from their issue key because even when you call customer service there it's just as nasty and rude and they back up the employees for doing so they just don't understand that we need more people to be aware and to come out and if we stop servicing these type of places then they cannot operate without us as customers there is no way that they will be allowed to stay in business we need to really get something in place for this So I guess black people aren't allowed to have money unless they're on government assistance
