I am writing to report a customer service experience that was handled very unprofessionally. When I called your customer service line, the representative spoke to me in a very rude manner. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the representative claimed that he was the supervisor and refused to transfer me to anyone else. He then hung up on me.
I called back a second time and spoke with another representative, who stated that she would report the issue, but I am not confident that the matter was actually escalated.
I want to make it clear that I am not upset about my bill or having to pay it — that is personal and not the issue. My concern is strictly about how I was treated as a customer. Being spoken to disrespectfully and denied access to a supervisor is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate confirmation that this situation will be reviewed and handled appropriately.
