Chicago has experienced several storms which has effected customer's service or an inconvience of other caveats. My neighbor's tree branches (3 at the time of initial report) were on my Com Ed line for months which I expressed via email, USPS mail, and phone (311 calls). Thru the storms, big branches have fallen from that tree (I picked some of them up). One fell on my new garage roof (the insurance company can't do anything about it until damage has occurred). I spoke with the neighbor and he offered a solution but I haven't seen any action yet . I think he's in a financial hardship. Com Ed has come out on 1 occassion but didn't trim the branches. Well it's 1 branch now. The storm took out the other 2 branches. This branch is still disrupting my service which it has been since the branches were coming in contact with the line which has been identified as Com Ed line and not my internet line.
Desired outcome: Please trim the branch on the line so the customer's service can continue without disruption.
