Cogeco review: Live person at Cogeco not reachable

For last 4 days trying to talk to a live person (cogeco customer service) but unable to reach.
When you dial the customer service number, it asks to go to chat, when I go to chat it asks to dial the phone number - The answering machine says "we are here to hlep"
I would like cogeco to explain - what kind of help is provided.
It is a joke - it appears cogeco does not value time of other people.
The cogeco chat agent could not put a request to customer service of cogeco, to call me back.
I wasted time again to call cogeco, and selected the option to call me back.
I did get call from Cogeco on 23 Oct. 2025 which I missed as I was driving.
Cogeco did not bother to reach me again.
To let everyone know - I have been a customer for > 15 years with cogeco.

Recommendation: Avoid cogeco - look for other options
