So tremendously frustrated. For over a week now we keep losing internet. I call and select the appropriate options to speak to a tech support agent. I get rerouted to a robocall that tells me to disconnect my modem and see if that works (spoiler alert: it doesn't!) and then the call is disconnected.
Try the online chat. Make the appropriate selections to speak to someone in tech support. I get redirected to sales. Sales rep tries to connect me with tech support, the chat gets disconnected.
Try calling again. This time I select sales and ask to be redirected to tech support. The person in sales gives me a "direct line" to tech support. I call that and it's an automated message telling me to activate my gift cards.
Recommendation: Avoid at all costs!
