I noticed that the label on the plastic bottles is not sticking to the bottle. In Connecticut you need to scan the bottle so you can get the 10-cent refund. The label comes off because they are not attached to the bottle and you can't scan them. For a million-dollar company there has to be a better way to attach the label, so it doesn't come off. The design you have is not working. There should be no refund and the extra charge at the casher should be 0.00 because you can't scan the bottle.

Recommendation: Don't pay the extra 10 cents at checkout.
