I have had EcoWater systems installed in my old house and now my new house as well. The systems are great, reverse osmosis is amazing, and the customer service is superb. The technician helped me connect my system to WiFi and the app for ease and convenience. He was patient and a joy to work with. Thank you EcoWater and the technician!

Excellent product, smooth installation, Great pricing with greater value than their competition. Great customer service by phone especially EcoWater SoCal representative who answered all my questions and adjusted my billing and auto pay to reflect some changes needed since installation. I'm so pleased I'm buying another system for my daughter's house.

Agent [Agent's Name] has always been so friendly and so helpful over the phone arranging service for our water softener and reverse osmosis system. It is clear that she really does care about us and does her best to help us out when we call. We have had our EcoWater system for about 8 years and service has always been easy to arrange but [Agent's Name] is our favorite service agent.

We bought EcoWater softener and the drinking water filter system from EcoWater SoCal 8 months ago, so far we are having watermarks on the faucets on the shower glass, they told us the drinking water filters should be replaced once a year but that's not true, we had to replace the Carbon filter 3 times in 7 months because the water starts to taste bitter, each filter replacement costs us $65, No customers service phone number for EcoWater, they do not respond to emails, THIS IS ABSURD and not acceptable because they didn't deliver what they promised and they got paid for it, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

We've had an Eco-Water under-sink filtration system with an added Ph filter for three years, and have appreciated knowing the water we use for drinking and cooking is the best, with annual changes of filters. Recently, we sought a whole-house system to address hard water issues in the bathrooms. We were sorry to see that Eco-water provided whole-house soft water systems, but not filtration-only systems. Consequently, we decided to use another company for that. Still, we're glad for the extra measure of filtration under the sink. Sometimes, we have trouble getting call-backs to messages, but the customer service representative was very helpful in answering my filter ordering questions today. Our installers have also been top-notch.

We had a technician from EcoWater SoCal come out and replace our filters on our water softener system. His customer service was outstanding. He was funny, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He spent time going over how to care for our water softener as well as the filtration system. He walked me through each step of the filter replacement so that I could do it myself next time if I so desire. Never did he try to oversell services. On the contrary, he let me know that the membrane should not need to be changed for another 3 years for the filtration system and the softener should not need servicing for 2 more years. On top of that, he made sure to explain that he's just a phone call away should I have any questions or require future service. We're so happy we chose EcoWater!

We had our Eco Water System Installation on Oct. 12. The Sales Rep named John came to our house to explain the entire system and test the water. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and professional when explaining the system. He answered all questions and concerns we had in mind. John recommended to hire a plumber to flush out tankless water system to make the system work better before the installation and get rid of the calcium buildup. It's been three months since they installed the system and we love it. During the winter season our skin will dry out/itchy pretty bad that not even extra dry skin lotion will fix the problem. It's been a learning process on how to conserve water and taking care of the unit when salt is needed. Also, we added the reverse osmosis and we love it. It's been saving us $54 a month that we were paying for five of the 5 water jugs. I've always wanted to switch to water softener but due to other finances that stopped me from buying it sooner. For now no regrets. John, he was our installer for the unit. Very friendly, professional and his work was cleaned after installation was completed. My wife and I were pleased with his work and answered all questions we had during his installation. John went over how to operate the system that he installed, connected to WiFi and type of water softener bags he recommends to buy. He explained everything thoroughly before he left the house. We're very pleased with John and his work. John threw out there some ideas he had before the installation that we never thought about it. Great customer service. I highly recommend them. One Happy Customer!

Had a water filtration system for seven years. We had EcoWater SoCal come over to test our water. Consequently, we found out that our old and outdated filtration system was not working! Long story short, EcoWater SoCal is not the best! The EcoWater SoCal team is the best! We went through their services and are completely happy with our purchase. Their team was very friendly, professional, and not pushy at all, unlike some other companies. Stop hesitating and buy the EcoWater SoCal system! Call them!

I called EcoWater to get a quote and ask questions about the company. I spoke with an Alex H. He was very personable and quite knowledgeable when answering my questions. I'm impressed with what this company does and I actually had an opportunity to try the water. It had a natural taste and was actually very good. Although I haven't made a decision yet, I'm steering towards using this company to put a filtering system in my house. Thanks for spending the time to talk to me.

We recommend this company to anyone who is considering installing a softwater system. We were not sure that we wanted to invest in a water softener system or listen to a sales talk, even though the water in our new home was very hard and left water spots everywhere. Jen B. came to our home as a representative of Eco Water. She explained how the Eco Water system works, tested our water, explained the results, and the difference that the Eco Water system would make. There was no sales talk. No pressure to sign. John A and a trainee installed the system yesterday. As we were interested in the process, John explained the steps, happy to answer any questions that we had. He was friendly, good sense of humor, and very efficient. At the conclusion of the installation, he went over the use of the system again, told us to call if we had any questions or problems.
