Hi,
I went to the Clicks store in Parkrand, Boksburg today. They are busy with a revamp, so firstly the store was a bit chaotic with half the shelves empty. I purchased maybe 10 items and of these 3 were overcharged. The excuse was that they are revamping. I chatted to the manager that merely apologized, rectified the slip and tried to send me on my mary way.. The only problem is the store was very full and I can only imagine how many people was overcharged and for how long already? I always check when my items are rung up, but not everyone does.. If your store can't handle a simple revamp and does this at the client's expense I suggest u close down until the revamp is done.. U can't steal from ur clients like this, especially the loyal ones that shop there often. We shouldn't have to double check the pricing every time.
