I would like to submit a formal complaint against the Cleartrip for the harrasmant caused by Cleartrip and very frustrating experience in the last 5 days. I have made the following booking (Cleartrip Trip ID: [protected]) using Cleartrip for Lemon Tree for 12 persons (4 rooms with extra bed). However, when I contacted Leon Tree hotel reservation. they mentioned that this booking is made for 8 persons only. But, Cleartrip is confirming the booking for 12 persons. I have been following up continously with Cleatrip for last 5 days and would have made atleast 12 phone calls. But, everytime a new executive is online and he/she assured me that he/she will call me back (few executives name are Harsh, I[censored]a etc). But, none of them have courtesy to call me back. Also, even after 5 days, booking is not confirmed from Lemon Tree. Your executive never revert back even after all false promises. This is completely unprofessional and non-acceptable. How is it possible that you have not been able to contact the Lemon Tree in last 5 days (as claimed by your executive). If it is so, what action you have taken against Lemon Tree. Everytime, they confirmed that their senior will call me back but no-one bothered to call me back. Now, I am having the only option to file a lawsuit for the harassment caused and claim for financial compensation also. I have already communicated the same to Cleartrip executive but no one is bothered. This is the worst experience in my life and never expected from Cleartrip.

Contact a higher authority within the company and demand immediate resolution. Document everything and be prepared to escalate the issue legally if they continue to ignore you. Use social media to expose their incompetence and pressure them into action. Don't let them off the hook — make it clear that you're serious and won't back down until they resolve this to your satisfaction.
