Cisdem review: Cisdem dvd burner

I was searching for a product that would convert an MP4 to a standard DVD format. When I selected the file and dragged it to the input box everything seemed fine but when I got to the burn portion it put me into a perpetual cycle.
It took all of the info and just circles. The burn never starts. I get no error message or any info it just circles back to the burn button, it asks questions then shows a continue button and starts all over again. If I made an error it should display what it is. that is what is called error trapping.
I know I will never think of getting any software from this company.
