Circle K employee

On Saturday April 22, 2017 and employee by the name of Janay Matthews refused my service because she doesn't like me over something that happened at another restaurant here in my home town of Brewton al. She called me out of my name several times in front of customers and a police officer when no one was talking to her she is on her phone texting while on the clock at the register and this is not the first time I've complained on her for lying on me and nothing was done and now it had just gotten out of hand can someone please contact me asap about this case my name is Melody Bradley and my telephone number is [protected]

Circle K filter tip black milds

This is a complaint is for the circle k on Main Street in Engelwood 45415. Every time I walk in this store it's never any Filter Tip Black n Milds. Then to top that off the employees wants to get smart about it not being any Filter Tips. The comment an employee made was "Do you see then up there? You was just in here 2 days ago and we didn't have them", But from my understanding I thought convenient stores was supposed to get shipments in frequently. Even if that's not the case there is no need to make a smart remark about me coming in the store 2 days ago. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Circle K bad service experience

I went to the Mesa Dr and university location in Mesa Az. The store number is 1994 if I'm not mistaken. ( I asked an employee)
The reason for this is I was walking out of the store the other day and I walked over to where my car was parked on the side of the building and when I looked over I seen one of the employees who I want to say is the manager smoking marijuana in the car as well as drinking a open alcohol beverage. I'm not sure if she was on the clock when I seen her but she still had on the uniform.
The reason I am making a complaint is because as a business owner having an employee let alone the manager doing drugs around the property I think is just unprofessional and shouldn't be seen from outside customers.
I'm not sure how the company goes about drug testing but I think the company should drug test the employees at this location because if the management is doing drugs and doing them around the property who knows what else is happening on property.

Circle K horrible customer service /employee name sierra

On Saturday 4/22/17 around 5 pm I walked into circle k in Gretna at 929 Lafayette st. Female employee was mopping the floors. I walked to the cooler and then to the counter and waited for the employee to ring me up. She proceeded to slowly continue to mop her floor as I waiting for her. I was the only person in the store besides the employee. Finally after waiting long enough I said "excuse me ma'am". The employee clearly saw me waiting for her but ignored my need to be waited on and proceeded with her mopping. She held her finger up at me like "you need to wait for me to finish my mopping". This is not the first time I've had a problem with the employee. She is very rude and disregards any customer needs as if we are interrupting her day at work or stopping her from having her completely inappropriate conversations with other employees at the register. She has the attitude like customers are a problem and how dare we come into the store and need to buy something. She would not check me out I'm guessing because she didn't like the way I placed my ID on the counter. She rolled her eyes at me and told me to call the "###ing" 800 number my name is Sierra if you got a problem. Her name tag said "store manager". If I owned a business and had a store manager representing my company in this manner every day I don't think my business would thrive. Her unpleasant attitude is unbearable. I go to this store very often because it is at the top of my street but the way this woman has treated me I will not likely go back again. Management is clearly lacking at this establishment and it has taken me a long time to speak up. I feel like someone high up needs to know what's going on here and I also feel this employee should be addressed. I am still in amazement at how she gets away with this.

Circle K car wash and circle k staff

I purchased a car wash at Circle K 2705183 located at 7901 Garners Ferry Rd. Columbia SC 29209 Telephone [protected] wash code 1714, with my fuel.
My vehicle was not cleaned throughly with the $14.00 wash. The brushes didn't operate with the last two cycles either.
I went in to speak with the Clerk. He was not interested in resolving my issue and advised me that the store manager would not be helpful either.
Especially after he had witnessed how the strore manager had treated other costumers.
I asked for the regional managers number. He wrote down a number and a name that turned out to be his store number and name. I called shortly after leaving the store and he had answered. I advised him at that time I wanted the regional number. He told me to look it up in a rude tone.
I can understand why these stores get robbed and employees injured... I don't wish harm on any one. But if I catch the news and that guy gets harmed I would be understanding of why. There is enough rude people in the world. We don't need them where they can trigger even a ruder person.

Circle K drive thru employee

His name was ted from store #5626 in canton ohio and he was rude and pushy i was askin my wife what all she wanted and he just keep rushing me and interrupting me even though i was the only one in the drive thru. If thats how customers are treated then this is unacceptable and needs to be handled. I go to circle k alot for work and becuse i live a few blocks from one but i can start goin to another gas station if need be due to the fact the customer satisfaction isnt a requirement for a job

Circle K manager

I am a 62 year old male and got into a argument with a women about a handicap spot that I was legally parked and she parked illegally beside me and when I went to complain to manager to have them to explain to the women that she was wrong I was attacked verbally and told to get out. I need the manager to be reprimanded and a apologe is warranted. I appreciate it if you don't look at this as if it is not important. Please get back to me on this.

Circle K breaking a hundred dollars bill

I went to buy a pack of new ports with a hundred dollars bill and the cashier said they are not allowed to do this and I asked her in a low voice can't u drop from the safe because I worked for circle k as a manager for 10 years honorably before I left.she rejected me again and said once again we can't keep pulling from the safe.it was around 730 and she could have ask me to wait to the side for a couple minutes to build it up oh yeah it was a Friday night also.I like the store and I do business in a lot of circle k I would hate to change.The cashier name is Brianna I don't want her fired or anything just well educated on customer service and policy thank you 3168 store number.

Circle K customer/bad management

I am a regular in this store and in a nut shell within the past two years, this store has become the most unpleasing place to be. I had a rude encounter with the manager herself. She had a line of people yet told the co worker "the male that works there", to put his sign up and do something else where we were left in line for minutes. She did not offer me anything else like the others there and when I showed my frustration with her decision to have him leave rather than stick around for a moment and help her customers, I got no response, no apology... Nothing. I started going across the street to that store just when she works. In fact I don't go into this store anymore unless! The in my opinion actual hard working customer service too notch people there are working. One I believe her name is katherine. The male that works there and a girl named Carolyn and destiny. They're always offering deals, I always see them smiling laughing enjoying their days, cleaning and they even show interest in their customers lives. A few people have been added into their store within the past year and it just keeps going downhill. One is clearly on drugs... She works third sometimes and she had bruises on her arms and her pupils were huge and she was quick to move and more. She recently took a leave for what rumors were told, was for rehab and her manger... The Same unprofessional manager... Knew of this. She's now back after a week and never going to get her help from I hear. I have seen this armbands weight loss male's of different ages hanging with her on night shifts doing her work for her. One particular night was around 12:30 on April 10th 2017! I don't feel trusting to have her handle my money and I find it clearly unprofessional to keep someone with those problems "knowingly", around. I have seen the employees, "the full time third shifter. The part time drug one the newest pregnant one and including the assistant manager there all work off the clock running register helping each other off the clock on different shifts and the assistant allowing it and the manager was aware as myself and others informed her yet they're all Still there not a punishment in sight". The assistant manager never helps whom she's working with. There airways lines if she's working because she leaves the co worker by themselves. Both managers have been told about the following drug usage extra help work off the clock and more, multiple times. The only! Time I want to go into this store anymore is if Carolyn katherine the male and destiny are working for they show three true meaning for customer service! I believe the managers alone are an embarrassment. They clearly don't care who they have shirking there as long as someone is working and clearly don't care for their job because they never seem enjoyable to it. And the newest ... She's the worst for customer service. Never smiles never greets never talk. If I were to run a business I would want good management and employees. Good employees are based on good management! And I especially don't find the assistant worthy for the store is so dirty when she's there Because its basically just one person working meanwhile the other stays hidden. Its by far becoming the worst store to visit besides when certain of the employees work.

Circle K customer

I love right down the road from this store so I'm there multiple times a day. I have dealt with each employee including the manager. I'll start with the manager. I refuse to go there when she's there and instead shoot across the street to the other store. There was a line to the door and the manager was on a register while the employee of gets I believe his name is Marcus. The only male there...had put his sign up to go elsewhere as she told him instead of her being concerned to put her customers first and have him wait until the line was down. I told her first hand my thoughts on her action of this and she had nothing to respond with! Not even an apology. I have also seen two of her employees clearly! On drugs and its noticeable including one taking a week of absence due to rumors of her going to rehab and the manager was told by her, of her plans yet she never went and she still has her job?! If I ran a business in would not want someone on drugs dealing with my companies money! I have also seen her employees working off the clock and clearly stating that they weren't on the clock yet they have ran the register helped clean and more and I know personally from three of the actual hard working playing by rules employees that they spoke to the manager about this issue personally and nothing was done each time! "When you go into a store so much in such time of days, you form relationships family... And the male there, a girl called katherine Carolyn and destiny are the top notch fun to be around caring respectful hardworking and customer service experts in my opinion, whereas others there... I will explain my complaints for". The manager has heard about the off the clock working, the drugs, and recently Thier full time third shift lady had complained to the male of her having the doors locked for a bathroom break yet he found her sleeping by looking through side door range. So to finish with this main third shifter.she's rude and speaks inappropriately to me and other customers and I've heard her speak of her being "####ed up" from her medications and selling her medications while behind the counter. She's had customers mop the floor for her and had another employee come in and help her work off the clock. On to the other third shift yet she works a second shift too. Her name is Sheena. She's clearly the one on drugs. Lost a lot of weight within less than two months. Always jittery, and the one that told her manager she was on drugs and needed a leave for rehab help yet never went and is still on them. I just Happen to go in on April 10 around 12:30 and her pupils were huge, she was speaking fast moving constantly and had some male inside helping her clean and more. I personally can not comprehend why this manager has these type of employees?! This store was decent two years ago and went to crap when their manager came back to run the store. Now to the assistant. She's no better! She was allowing and working with the employees that worked off the clock! She never gives the employees a break unless they ask to use the restroom. She's never on the register when I go in. Never to be seen. There's always a line with a poor employee trying to get the customers in and out without them getting mad. She has leaned up against stuff looking in her cell phone. Anytime I do see her its because she's sitting on the floor doing something like counting? I am more abundantly disturbed by the mangers in this place than anything! These managers are not family oriented. The manager has taken personal days and left early for her grandkids and the assistant takes off and leaves early for her girl scouts? But one of my favorite employees, destiny has Children and she got told she had to use her vacation hours if her children's doctor appointments were not at a scheduled time where she didn't have to work! Another is this girl Carolyn who is forced to use all of her vacation hours for taking her military! Boyfriend to the airport and back because he's in the reserves. What is wrong with both of these?! It's wrong to punish for a guy helping to serve and wrong to punish a woman for caring for her children! Now last. . this woman named Ashley. No one! Wants her. She has zero cutlet service skills. Barely even greets! Never smiles and barely moves from the register job to clean like I see everyone that's decent there, do. I have heard other customers complain in line to an employee and the employee has told them to complain to a higher source because they have already and passed messages to management yet nothing has been done. So why is this place ran by two managers that clearly just want to make sure they have someone coming in to work rather than caring for having the right people for the job?! I am not the kind of person to complain to a site? But when I did to the manager myself, I got no response no apology and no change! I most definitely do not recommend this store unless Marcus katherine destiny or Carolyn are working because even though I think their prices are also outrageous, these employees make the sending and more completely worth while! However the management and others are beginning to become too much of a downfall to where if I walk in and don't see those names I just mentioned, I turn around!

Circle K service

The Circle K on 44th Street and Camelback has the worst customer service ever. The register attendants are chatty Cathy's that seem to be irritated when they have to stop and actually do their jobs.

I been going there for over 3 years since I work across the street and dealing with the nonsense of the workers there for all 3 of them.

Today 04/10/2017 when I asked for a pack of cigarettes, the cashier told me, "I hate when people buy cigarettes" because she didn't want to reach up and grab the pack for me... My Goodness! And the worst thing is, she has worked there for as long as I have been going to the Circle K... I've complained to Circle K, but have never had a response from them... I guess they don't care.

Circle K young rude employee

The circle K located at 5018 Sunset Rd. Has a very rude employee. Every time she's working she always has an attitude as if she hates her job. I never complain but Friday night 4/7/17 pushed me over the edge with this young lady. Around 9:10p.m I am assuming she was off the clock by her attire eventho she went behind the work counter.I witness her arguing and cursing at a customer. This went on for a while. I honestly thought there was going to be a fight or a shoot out because she was yelling at a man and a women he was with got out of the car to intervene.If this is your place of employment why carry yourself in that manner. I am surprised she is still there I stopped coming for a while and would go across the street to Quick Trip because of her rude attitude. I thought she was gone because my wife told me she saw a lot of new faces. I guess Quick Trip will be getting my business once again because I'm not spending a dime in a establishment where she works.

Circle K falling in their parking lot

I fell in a circle k parking lot in Shepherdsville ky I went in this was Monday the april the 3 I went in gave the lady all my info and told her depending on how I felt later as too if I would go to the hospital I was hurting bad the next day ankle knee hip they put aircast on ankle wrapped my knee and gave me a walker told me to rest it plus a pres I called them to manager a general manager I need insurance information to this day sat no one has called me I have a 2000.00 deductible I'm not paying when the big hole in the parking lot are clearly there fault they have been told before if they call me soon I quess ill call a lawyer get them to take care of I don't have money to pay what they sould pay thank you cathy newman [protected]

Circle K coffee

I stopped at the gas station around 11pm. I really wanted some fresh coffee after my double shift. There was no coffee made, so I decided to just get some cappuccino. After I proceeded to try 4 of the 8 types, they all came out clear meaning there was none in the machine. I had to drive to a different store 4 miles away just to get a cup of coffee.

Employee on duty at 12:31:51 pm at register 2 was first complaining about another employee in front of customers, then rudely told the woman in front of me that she couldn't take her hundred dollar bill instead of getting change from the other register and finally made snide comments to the customers behind me about me. Her exact words were "Some people just don't get it" implying that I was stupid. If I saw this many unprofessional actions in the ten minutes I was in line, imagine the number of indescretions that could occur in the total amount of time she spends at the register each day.

Circle K polar pop machine

I was getting a polar pop when i realized that there was a black gel substance that was hanging out of the nozzle! I put my finger inside the nozzle and out came a VERY large ball of black slime! I brought it to the clerks attention and i was treated rudely! I am a truck driver and i frequent this store multiple times a day. But after today i will let my fellow truckers know to be very cautious of the polar pop machine!

Circle K nasty fuel island / parking, fuel pumps work intermittently

I am not one to submit these type complaints but rather just go somewhere else. circle k purchased this store approx a year ago. i was happy to see that. recently i began to dread stopping there. the fuel island is nasty. i hate to get out of my truck, step around all of the sticky, nasty nastiness and get back into my truck. today, and it seems to be happening more often, after navigating the sticky nasty, the pump card reader didn't work. i left. i know it's the consumers that's creating the sticky nasty and it's a shame but some has to keep your investment up to respectable standards. i hate sending this in.

Circle K horrible management, threats, harassment

Okay, I may not have worked at circle k long, I lasted 5 days, but that was 5 days too long. I took this job because where I live employment is scarce. I couldn't find anything in my expertise, so I had to settle because money doesn't grow on trees. This job is the absolute WORST job I have ever had! Let's talk about the manager. The first red flag was when he called me "sweetie". Not appropriate. Then I was taken to the cooler and told how to do it in a stunning 30 second training course. The person showing me said they would be right back to help but never came back. So, I start stocking with what I could find while freezing my butt off. I could not find Gatorade or monster drinks anywhere. I finally came out of the cooler and asked the manager where they were and he looks at me and says to use my common sense and if they are not in the cooler, then they are in the storeroom. Storeroom? I didn't even know they had one since nobody showed me. So now I am being told to use common sense which is degrading. Then since this was my first day actually working in the store out of the 2 days of online training, my boss asked me if I would go to another store the next day (my only day off) which is 40 miles away and help them since they are short a person. I said no because I knew I would be working for the next 5 days after that AND my car would not make it that far because I have a crappy car. He spent the remainder of my shift calling other stores and telling them that the person he wants to go to the other store will not do it, which in turn made me out to be the bad guy. Okay, moving on, I accidently went home with my name badge which at the store I worked at is a big no no. It was under my hoodie I was wearing since I was in the cooler and was a simple mistake. I got called at 6am in the morning from my boss telling me that I can't take it home. Why not wait for me to be at work? Then when I go in for my next shift, I see that my schedule is unbelievably all over the place and changed from what it was. Everyone in the store has a set schedule. I was put down to work day after day with only 10-12 hours between shifts. Crazy. I made an observational comment to another employee of simply how my schedule is all over the place. I left it at that. That night I was up most of the night with a sick kid, but I still went to work I the morning. I told my co-worker and assistant manager how I had about 1 hour sleep because of that. Later in the day I was approached by the assistant manager and asked if I would stay an additional 5 hours because someone called in sick. This would have brought my hours for the day up to 12. I told her I simply can not do it. I was exhausted anyway and was counting the minutes to get home and get some sleep since I only had an hour prior to my shift! Well, about 3 hours after getting home, I am finally getting some sleep, my phone rings and it's my boss. He says "What's your problem? I hear your complaining about the schedule. I just hired you and your complaining. You need to deal with it. You know I have a very loyal crew, they are very loyal to me. So what's your problem!?!?!" Yea, I got called at home! Over that! Then I am told that he was being nice by trying to give me more hours at the other store and I was offered more today but I declined, so what is my problem? He kept saying what's my problem over and over in a bully way, not a sincere questioning way. Keep in mind too that I never asked for more hours. I could not believe it. You call me on MY TIME about something that is not work related? All I was doing was commenting on MY scheduled days to work. If I had an issue I would have spoken to him and I told him that when he called. If he was looking for the scanner, or mop, or hell, even the stapler I would understand. But no, he called me to tell me off when I was sleeping! Apparently everything I said at work, (which wasn't much), was recorded in the back office. Also, his "minions" are the worst kind of people to work with. How unprofessional to say the least. Calling me at home to tell me off is downright harassment. Telling me that his employees are very loyal is a threat that whatever I say, he will hear about it and then harass me over it. I am shocked at the blatant misuse of his "manager power". You DO NOT call your employees at home unless it is something pressing that you need an answer to. If someone called in, or you can't find something. Not to harass them. I bite my teeth and try not to rock the boat because I need he job. Sometimes you just have to suck it up. But what happened later that night was the last straw. At about 11:50pm I get a text from my boss saying that I am off the schedule for the whole week and to check back in a week to see if I will get anymore hours. WTF? That's it I am DONE! I brought my shirts back and left a note stating that I quit and to never call or contact me again ever! Seriously people, if you plan on working at circle K, think it over. Especially the store in Prescott Valley, AZ.

Circle K f'real milkshake machine

I went in to get a milkshake, and after using the machine, I found little black pieces of something in my milkshake! That is absolutely horrible that your employees don't care enough about health standards. Not to mention, the machine made a horrible sound and took about probably half of the milkshake with it and leaving me with unknown flakes in it!
