soda and slushee machine
We are great customers of the Circle K on 23336 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway in Peoria AZ. We buy gas weekly and we enjoy a great slushee and delicious Polar Pop at least twice a week! It has come to our attention that you have taken out the root beer on both sides and has been replaced with brisk tea. We are extremely disappointed. I have four kids whom love root beer and you've gotten rid of it. We will consider different convienent store from here on out. :/
non compliance
We came to circle k in greene me at 1150 to get Children's Tylenol for my daughter and when I called the store I was told it was still shut down for another 20 minutes there were multiple people in the store at that time and from what I understand the reason it is shut down is because there is only one person in the store at midnight when I waited and proceeded to go into the store she was extremely rude and argued with me that nobody else was in the store and if I would like I could have the manager checked the cameras I am sure there was somebody else in the store because they were taunting us at the front door that we could not go inside this is not the first run-in that I've had with this particular employee who is female and extremely rude and she is always closing up the doors at or before midnight for anywhere from 15 minutes to half an hour as well as not giving any customer service when my husband goes in at 3 a.m. when he's going to work she continues to make her coffee instead of cashing him out other than that I have had a great experience at that store it seems to be just one particular employee I have lived in Greene for 10 years and never had this issue
manager/employee
I was in the store on 2/2 at approx. 700am. The store is located in Northwood Ohio on woodville road. I go to this store almost daily to get coffee, gas, snacks etc. Almost every time I go in something is not stocked. For example, the hazelnut coffee is all out or the creamer dispenser is empty, there are no artificial sweeteners stocked. Because of this I am always having to ask one of the employees to restock it, wasting valuable commute time to work. Often times the employees are busy doing something else so I have to wait for them to restock whatever I need. Yesterday 2/2 I did not have the time for that. Thankfully yesterday they had hazelnut coffee brewed, when I went to the creamer dispenser nothing came out. The dispenser is right next to the register. I told the girl running the register that the creamer was out. She didn't even respond to me. Being short on time I had to quickly get the single creamers and begin emptying them into my coffee. I was in such a haste, apparently I left a few empty creamer containers on the coffee prep counter. This morning, 2/3, I was paying for my coffee and the same employee/manager was at the register. I paid for my coffee and she yelled at me "thanks for the mess yesterday!" I explained that I was in a hurry yesterday and I may have inadvertently left some creamers on the counter. She yelled again "there was no reason for that! I had to pick those up! All you had to do was tell me!" I was treated horribly by this employee. Everyone in the store was staring at me. I do not go somewhere daily and spend my money there to get yelled at.
This employee is very rude. It was unacceptable for her to treat paying customers this way
worker named ashley
This is the circle k on garden and w navy boulevard in pensacola Fl on february 2 about 6 pm. Complaint about employee by the name Ashley. She was on her cell phone entire time I was in the store. Never once put phone down to greet or talk to customers. Was not friendly. Had a very long line because she was not paying attention to customers. Had 0 customer service skills and seemed to not even want to be there. And was very rude.
service
This evening around 6:30pm on 1/28/2017 I went into Circle K at 3743 Cummings Hwy Chattanooga Tennessee 37419. I had some lottery tickets to check. So I scanned them and I had won a couple dollars. So I handed them to the cashier who's name was Amanda. She had a attitude because she had to put her cellophane down and wait on me. She rolled her eyes and I told her to give me my tickets I would go somewhere else. And that she needed to get a better attitude. The other cashier was waiting on other customers as fast as she could. Amanda tried giving her my lottery tickets and I just ask for them back. Amanda finally handed them to me and grabbed her phone and out the door she went. She was already rude to a customer in front of me. He purchased a powered and ask her if they were on sale 2 for $3 she was like I don't know. Throwing her arms up at him. He just said never mind and left.
I will not be shopping in that store again. I work with the public everyday and if I treated people like she treats people I wouldn't have a job very long.
circle k - cave junction 76, store location #114
Yesterday evening, (11:27:45 PM, Register : 1 Trans#: 2202 Op ID: 11, Cashier: Summer) Wednesday, January 25, 2017, I entered our local Cave Junction 76, Store Location #114 with the intent of purchasing cigarettes (I am 57 years of age) and had brought a plastic bag of returnable soda bottles to redeem for the deposit which I could then apply towards my purchase. The bottles were each washed before being placed in the bag (just as I have always done), however, the clerk at the register greeted me by saying, "I'm sorry, I cannot take your bottle returns." I asked her why she couldn't accept my clean bottles that I had purchased from that very store and when she told me her boss told her not too, I asked if she was aware that she was breaking the law and could get in trouble for doing so she responded, "No, I can't because my boss told me not too." It was just two months ago I remember a visit in this same store where I was being told the same thing by different cashier. On that visit I asked to speak to the manager, David. When David appeared he began telling me he wasn't accepting bottle returns and I kindly informed him of the rules set forth by the state of Oregon regarding bottle returns which clearly states that a store which sells beverages and charges and accepts a deposit must also, in turn, accept and repay the deposit fees. The only exception was in cases where the bottles being returned were damaged, dirty, or not sold by that particular store. His refusal to accept bottle returns was illegal. Before I could finish my sentence he was behind the counter and began issuing my refund. It was apparent at that time that David had no intention of changing his "orders" to his employees and was only taking my returns because I had called him on his violation.) On yet another visit my son and his fiance had stopped for gas and my future daughter in law had gone inside to pay and to also purchase cigarettes with my son tagging along to grab a beverage. When she got to the register and made her request for cigarettes she was asked for her ID, fair enough. However, when the cashier realized my son was with her she demanded his ID as well and when he refused she refused to sell the cigarettes to his fiance stating his refusal as just cause to deny her purchase!? I visited David a few days later to ask him about the incident to which he replied, "yes, it was policy to card everybody in a given party when selling cigarettes. Again, I had to inform your manager that this was an illegal act. If you are keeping track, this makes three incidences with your manager at this one store for me and in my book, something needs to be done about the actions of your "manager" David. I intend to contact the state of Oregon to file an additional complaint of harassment as I feel your employee is taking the law in his own hands at the customers expense in order to produce larger profit reports to your company and personally, I'm sick of his methods and his disrespect for customers and the laws that govern us all.
customer service
To whom it may concern,
On Wednesday, 1/25/16 at approximately 2 in the morning I was treated horribly by all three employees working that shift. First, my friend and I walked in and the fridge doors to where the soda and energy drinks are kept was locked. As I attempted to get help in unlocking the doors, both females were on the other side of the store laughing and giggling ridiculously loud and practically ignored my request. My friend who was with me forgot his wallet and took himself back to my truck. As I got my drinks one of the employees made a comment to the other female under her breathe. As the same girl rang me up, the other one was walking by doing her own thing talking very loudly almost in my face which was very disrespectful. As I paid, she asked me if my friend was a friend of mine and he came back in the store to tell me the other female had wrote down my license plate. I was driving and I had done nothing wrong, I got my items and brought them straight to the counter to pay for them. My friend came in the store with me but left quickly because he realized he forgot his wallet. There was no reason for my plate to be taken down and she told my friend not to act suspicious when he came back in and walked out with me. I got home and called the store to ask for the manager that's working in the morning and was denied the name and the time the manager comes in by the guy that was working there named "Keon" and he hung up with me when I became frustrated on the phone. When I called back he told me he me he was new and didn't know if he could give me the information for the manager and when I told him he hung up on me he told me its late and he didn't do anything wrong as he's with a customer and busy. All of this was unnecessary and my friend and I were the only two in the store. I'm a firefighter in the community of this store and have come in almost every day since it was rebuilt. I hope someone will help make this right with a valued customer as I was very disrespected and mistreated and so was my friend who was wrongly accused of "acting suspicious".
Respectfully,
Nathan H.

frozen drinks
We have 3 Circle K stores in our area in Gulfport, Ms. I usually have to visit all three to get a frozen coke. My husband is terminally ill and sometimes that is all he wants to have. It is very frustrating to find that many times the machine is down at all three stores. What does it take to get these machines up and keep them running? Either fix them or take them out. I have wasted so much time and gas driving around looking for a machine that works. The biggest culprit is the store on north highway 49 T Touriel Road
Thank you very much
gift card
My husband and i received a gas card of 150 dollars while we were responding to forrest fires here in our hometown in soddy daisy, all of the circle k gas stations in this area have not taken our gas card after them giving us lots of grief and attitude. we are both firefighters and have been trying to use this card for probably 6 months . We finally were able to use the card but every time we would go to use it we were either cursed at or told they didn't know how to use it, my problem with this is they can quickly take 150 dollars and put it on the circle k gift card that we can't even use because no one knows how to use it so the company is pretty much stealing our money from us. All the stores in the area that don't know how to use them are the soddy daisy/ lakesite location, northgate mall location, and the hixson pike locations. I would very much appreciate if i could get a reaponse from this but even better PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE EDUCATE AND TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO HAVE PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT CURSE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. THANK YOU.
employee
I visit circle on 22 Belmont Ave, Belfast, ME 04915 multiple times a day but recently I've been avoiding it because on an employee named Brandi. she's really loud and rude to me on multiple occasions shes even refused to punch my coffee card stating I have enough punches already or that I just have too many card and I can do without them. the store manager has spoken to her on several occasions but her customer service skills really suck i live really close to the store but have been driving out of my way to go to BV's or other gas stations because of her and her bad attitude i would love to be able to go back to that store because its not even a mile from my home but i cant stand that brandi woman who works there she makes my blood boil
comfort station conditions
Recently my wife and I visited the Circle K in Meredith, NH STORE # 7243. We frequent your establishments for convenience as well as for fuel and snacks.
This particular store at the time was renovating the restrooms and were closed. My wife needed one and we alerted the clerk at the front desk who advised of a temporary RV in the parking lot.
Upon entering the RV my wife could not believe the unsanitary conditions the RV was in and refused to enter it. I was appalled myself when I saw the filth from lack of maintenance.
Overflowing trash cans, to no paper towels for hand washing, no soap in the dispensers, and about as much dirt on the floors to create a dust storm.
Disgusted by these conditions my wife and I left that establishment and refused to attend another Circle K again.
The General Manager was Sara, we did not speak with her, she was too busy on the phone, so no complaint was filed there. My only regret was not taking photographs of the facility to show you the conditions this RV was in. We stopped back with a camera within the hour but the RV had been removed and the new restrooms were now open.
I'm sure this was a rented and portable unit, but to have these type of unsanitary properties for your patrons was unacceptable.

I dont know his name but he is a white guy who work at the circle k on craycroft and I10
He was sitting on the floor and was really rude. I hope someone talks to him because he was an a#####e with me I dont appreciate how he was. This was on 01/18/17 around 6:45pm. This was the first time I have seen him there. If i see him again I think I will go somewhere else.
poor customer service
Went to Circle K on 24th St. & Indian School Rd. in Phoenix, AZ at 8:35 PM. Another customer tells me the clerk just put up a sign saying "Back in 15 minutes". Thought to myself.."must have needed to use the bathroom" only to be surprised to see her mopping the floor. Good to know customers who want to SPEND MONEY are lower priority than mopping the floors there!...Went to QT instead!
customer service
Experience morning of Jan 14, 2017 at CK on 83rd ave and Van Buren.
I have gone to this CK since it opened. I actually prefer to go here than the QT closer to me. This morning, however, I was rather disappointed in the service I received from the older gentleman who works there; he drives a class, turquoise car that he usually parks at one of the gas pumps. Usually, he is friendly and courteous. This morning around 8 am, I noticed a different side to this man.
The pump did not automatically stop pumping gas into my car this morning, and so I had to manually stop the gas pump and there was a good amount of gas that got onto the concrete. I have never experienced this. So I went in the store to tell someone—and the old gentlemen is who I talked to. Rather than be understanding and concerned, he begin to lecture me as if I did not know how to gas my car and told me that “ideally, the person pumping should be at the car” and that I was supposed to stop the pump myself. I felt he was defensive rather that helpful and concerned about the pump being defective. I thought I’d tell him so that he could perhaps look at the pump, see how much gas had spilled, et cetera. Instead, he was defensive and rude and blew the situation off as if I was the one at fault and did not know how to gas my car.
I really do like this CK, but after this employee’s behavior and handling of this situation, I really do not feel that he cares for his customers and whether his equipment works well. I am likely going to start going to QT now.
employees rude and unprofessional
So recently I went to a circle k on 1st and limberlost and ive been going there for about a year never had a issue anyways so I walk in pay for my gas on debit and hand the employee (Starrr) my money and she didnt want it cause I was holding a nickel on my lips cause I had full hands not a problem till she told me to buy hand sanatizer and wipe off the money very insulting then tonight jan 11 I go back in and buy 2 sodas I accidentally bought 2 kindly asked for a refund and another employee gave me very bad attitude and kinda forcefully threw the money in my hand as I walked out she muttered stuff under her breath as my girlfriend was still in the store ! Long story short im asking that disciplinary action be took and if I come in the store I can shop with peace !
cashier either doesn't know how to count or he pocketed my money
I counted my money three times before hand and i had 16. I went to pump my gas and it stopped at 12. I went back into the store to see what happened he said that i only gave him 12 he said he counted it 3 times and that it was only 12. I had to pool that money together so i knew how much i had and it was not 12. I got frustrated because i knew what i gave him.
cashier
Ive been going to the same circle k for 2 years straight and every worker has always been nice to me. Recently they hired a new worker that works the night shift who hasnt been very nice. He doesnt listen to my order every time i try and buy something through the window and every time my tia goes he never puts the top on the soda he doesnt even give her a straw he just hands it to her in the small box by the window. Thats not sanitary at all. He even got my orders worng to many times when the store opens at four AM it is not clean at all its just a mess. Its just a disgrace to have so many good workers doing their best and he just slacks off gives attitude and does nothing to help the store
manager / customer service/cashiers
I frequent the circle k I centerville ga. I have notice while in the store the manager is a bully. She has called her cashiers awful names not realizing that customers were in the store . And she has a rude attitude. Not only is the manager has a rude attitude I have noticed that a few cashiers are also rude. The atmosphere is unsettling. I can understand that dealing with the public is sometimes hard but that is what they do. So since I have encountered attitudes several time at this circle k store I decided I will not go back. I will also tell people not to use that store. If I have to feel insulted when I go in there I would rather spend my money elsewhere. My advice to this circle k in centerville ga. Is to change your attitudes and treat your customers better.

Went to the store @ approximately 2:15 pm on Broadway Ave East in Tampa, FL was served by cashier Alexis. I bought 2 diet 20 oz diet cokes at 2 for $2.79 & a 24 oz can of watermelon juice for $ .99 along with 5 -$1.00 lottery tickets and she charged me $12.98. I did not realize that I was overcharged until I got home. I've heard from friends this isn't this employees first time doing this. Please check into this.
customer service
On 1/6/17 at 1:20 pm. I walked into the lodi, ohio circle k and I got in line with the other patrons. And the woman behind the counter would rather flirt with the man in front then check anyone else . I just wanted to spend my hard earned money there. But that was to much to ask as she sarcastically apologize then continued flirting. I managed to just leave and I don't think ill return to any circle k. I'm so angry I've wrote this twice because computer froze
