CIMB Bank / staff's service in cimb pasar borong selayang branch
I went there to register a new account. The lady from the information counter asked me to sit and wait. As they called me, i told them i want to open an account. Then, they asked me the purpose for me to open a new account. I said just to keep my money. Rudely, they smirked and said, "nak buka account kena la ada tujuan." They handled me very rudely. Then i asked again, "so tak boleh buka account ke?" They replied "tak boleh". So is this how they handle customers now??
