CiCi's Pizza review: product and customer service ( 1 comment)

I went to recieve my free pizza or buffet from when I got to my 7th slice on the app. I got the pizza and when I went home which is like 5 minutes away I opened the box and noticed that the pizza looked thrown together and didnt look very good. So I took a picture of the pizza and I called and let them know that the pizza didnt look appropriate to give anyone. They told me to bring it back. I did so and then an employee there by the name Alyssa H looked at the pizza laughed and said this cant be so. I asked what did she mean she said that I had dropped the pizza in which I didn't. I told her if I had dropoed it I think I would have never came back and also the pizza wouldnt have had the cheese on the top on the box in which it didnt. It showed no evidence that it had been dropped. She proceeded to go to the back where the others were and a few of them started laughing and talking about it so I recorded them laughing continuously embarrassing me in front of other guest there. She came back to the front and I asked her what was her name and that I was calling corporate on her because it was very unprofessional how they did things and how she spoke to me. I also recorded our conversation. I was so humiliated.
