CiCi's Pizza - poor customer service

I just watched a young gentlemen wearing a black shirt very short hair at store number 799. A lady drop a plate he walked towards the customer clapping his hands. He embarrassed the lady to the point she walked out of the store. I was with a friend when he ask the same guy where to put the fork he dropped when he replied in the trash. The way he said it was rude as hell. I don't see how a person like is in a management position. A poor representation of your company.
