CiCi's Pizza review: customer service

Called in ahead of time for my pizza on the phone and came in and told the teenager girl with glasses and has curly hair that I came to pick up some pizzas that was ordered over the phone and she ignored me till I told her again and she just huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at me like if I didnt see her. This isnt the first time it happened and I'm tired of having to come to this cici's pizza with her rolling her eyes at me. She could have told me to wait or hold on a second or get the manager, but instead gave me looks the whole time too. Who's the manager? Whoever the manager is, this isn't the first time. She is friendly cause I come here some of the times but even when shes friendly she still gets like that with rolling her eyes. Also, who's that guy she keeps playing around with at work? I see them play around when I ask for my pizza everytime I come in. It's some tall white guy who's also a teen who says he's the manager and general manager? I don't want to speak with the Boss/Leading manager or even meet because it's not my job to fix this issue, it's their job. I'm not mad towards the actual real manager (whoever that is) but this needs to stop everytime I just come and pick up pizza. I just wanna leave and enjoy my pizza without any issue but this happens to many times.

This never happens to me at whittlesey. I come here though cause it's closer to my house.
