CiCi's Pizza review: buffet

We arrived at CiCi's Pizza at 7:45 pm 02/04/2019. They don't close till 10:00 pm. After we paid we were informed that they weren't putting any more pizza out on the floor. They had 4 pizzas pans out for the buffet already with each pizza about half gone, and we weren't the only customers there and one pan of desserts with about 6 brownies on it. When we asked them for alfredo sauce, or any other sauce they said they were out of everything and there weren't even any noodles out. The store was too clean for them to have just had a rush or anything like so the only reason they didnt have those things out was because they were cleaning up and getting ready to stop serving customers. As a matter of fact the manager just went and locked the doors. We were also told that we could only sit on one side per the manager. We would like to have our money back even though we used a coupon for buy one get one free plus we paid for our drinks. They just now put some cinnamon rolls out and they arent cooked all the way. They were doughy.
