CiCi's Pizza review: burnt food

On 12/1/2018 I visit CiCi's pizza I order the buffet for 5 and the food was burnt the pizza was burnt we order the wings they also was burnt the pasta was dry we order a sausage pizza and waited on it for 20 min and still did not get it I eat out at CiCi's buffet all the time and this was the worst place that I have ever eaten at I would like a refund or comp at Cici's here in Fort Smith Ar I hope that you resolved this matter feel free to contact me @ [protected] or [protected] thank you Darlene Releford
