Our experience with Chuck Eckberg of ReMax Results in the selling of our rental property was excellent throughout the entire process. Chuck was very responsive to our questions and provided helpful suggestions to enhance the value of our property. The quality of the listing presentation and related materials was top-notch. Although our first accepted offer fell through, Chuck had the property back on the market within a few hours with multiple showings and two strong offers that night. Chuck was pleasant to work with and knowledgeable of the Woodbury market. We highly recommend him.

I first called Chuck about a house in Eagle Valley that he was selling more than 15 years ago. Not only did we purchase that home, we were so comfortable with his no-nonsense approach, honesty and integrity that we picked him to sell the home we were in as well. Since that time, he helped me through three more moves including my most recent move during the midst of the pandemic. Navigating when and how to list a house early in the pandemic was scary for everyone and Chuck navigated this unchartered territory authentically and transparently and his instincts were, of course, spot on. Selling and buying homes is more than a transaction to Chuck. Moves often come alongside life changes and his top priority has always to been to ease us through a transition and to find the perfect fit for my boys and I. Moving is a lot of work and he made the listing process smooth and as quick as possible, guiding me each step of the way. He has an outstanding support team of home stagers, window cleaners, and contractors who work miracles! Chuck has an excellent reputation for good reason. He is ethical, acts with integrity and strikes the perfect balance of acting in the best interest of his clients but also respecting the other buyer/seller. Each of my houses sold within about a week for a competitive price that both buyer and sellers felt good about. Throughout the years, Chuck has become a trusted friend and I will forever be grateful for his guidance, advice, humor, and patience! I had the great pleasure of working with Chuck Eckberg on the purchase of my very first townhome. My dad first met Chuck through some work they did together and then he introduced me to him. Right away, I knew Chuck was going to be a perfect match to help me through this process. He knew that I was a first time homebuyer and so he took me through the entire process and explained everything very well. Leaving from the first meeting, I was very overwhelmed with everything I had just learned, but I knew Chuck would be there throughout the whole process to guide me and teach me. We then started to set up showings and anytime I had any questions about anything, I knew I could ask Chuck and he wasn't going to make me feel inexperienced in any way. He was always willing to answer any question, which really helped me learn and take control of the process. He always had great advice on what to look for and what to be aware of in the homes we looked at. Another great part about working with Chuck is all of his connections he has. I was lucky enough to be able to work with another realtor, Noah T, whenever Chuck was busy with something else. I got two amazing realtors for the price of one. When it came time to start making offers, I felt very confident submitting them because I knew Chuck would never mislead me. His advice on the price and other items was incredible and ended up saving me money! Overall, I am very satisfied with working with Chuck and Noah and I will definitely be going back to them the next time I am ready to buy! You can trust Chuck. This was extremely important to me throughout our process of selling our home and buying new. My wife and I have known Chuck personally for many years as the result of their joint volunteer effort at the grade school and our kids attending the same schools through high school, plus we have many mutual friends. I consulted with Chuck several times over the past years about our thoughts on selling and moving, and each time he helped me think through the costs and benefits, and each time he advised us to stay in our home (meaning no commission for him). This past spring, our personal situation and market dynamics had changed, and we concluded it was time to sell. The process moved very rapidly in order for us to take advantage of the low inventory of homes in our area (resulting in multiple offers over asking price in one weekend of showings) and for us to lock in our best pricing on our new buy/build. Chuck's knowledge and experience were extremely helpful, and most important to me, he kept gently guiding me through a very emotional and stressful process of leaving a home we built and lived in for 24 years. Chuck's team is fantastic with Justine Frischmon bringing vision to the staging and Noah Thompson helping with the heavy lifting (literally) and logistics throughout the process. Chuck brings a lot of extras to the listing beyond staging including window washing, drone photos, and the very cool Matterport 3D walk through model. We feel we got a lot of value for the commission paid, and we are very pleased with our resulting sale. We of course personally enjoyed working with Chuck and highly recommend him.
