We had a great experience with Bob Piazza. We thought our house would “sell itself “ and in a short period of time, so we used Bob as our listing agent and set up the showings ourself. It took a bit longer than anticipated, but we had a ton of exposure on real estate websites and the MLS services that Bob coordinated. We saved half of the normal commissions and are very happy with the services that Bob provided for a incredibly reasonable price!
Save yourself thousands! The process is easy! I sold my duplex utilizing the service in one weekend. Bob is very knowledgeable and was helpful during the process. I received multiple offers and there was a bidding war. Bob helped me sort out the offers and reviewed multiple offers. I will sell all my properties this way going forward!

Selling on your own is a difficult decision to make and whether to pay a few hundred $$ Flat Fee Realtor listing adds to that difficulty. I Chose to List through Northern Star and I'm very happy that I did. It's worth the cost to get into the MLS and it's where most of my leads came from despite my great location and even greater website. My multiple offers came from realtors thru the MLS. Northern Star service was quick to respond, knowledgeable and HE was ALWAYS on top of it when I wasn't. I would recommend their services to anyone and they've earned that reputation for good reason!
This is a "MLS listing service" but with a personal touch. Bob walks you thru the entire home selling process and gives you specific recommendations for your house. He gave feedback on all my forms to correct any mistakes, which there were quite a few of since I had no experience in this. Highly recommend to owners selling their home themselves, thanks for everything Bob!
We have sold three houses using Bob's flat fee service and have saved over $20k in commissions. Bob offers expert advice and walks you through the entire process. With all the real estate applications attached to the MLS, you'd be crazy not to use Bob and Northern Star realty to sell your house and avoid the normal 3% commission for a seller's broker. I highly recommend his service.
