The crew doesnt have any urgency
Yesterday night, I was ordered at Chowking worth of 1,636. I was able to used my card to make a payment. The transaction was so smooth. And then I decided again to take another order to take home. I always uses my card to make a payment. But then again, I was able to experience a double charged again. The first time was at Jollibee kalayaan, but this time here at Chowking? Omygahd.
I remembered the two crew who assisted me named Shiel and Fritzel. At first the crew put my card and I put my pin. The transaction has been failed or what, that I have to put again my card for a second time. I monitored my online bank application on my phone as always every time that I make a transaction, and my card has been deducted. But the crew insisted that the second try around, that their machine did not deduct any funds on the card. For me to have to go back on my table, I told the crew that I will be using a cash to make a payment. But then, even tho they already deduct my card I was able to make a payment in cash. Because the two crew members told me that they didn't deduct my card for any amount. And then I open my online bank, and I gave it to them as a proof.
THERE A FIRST TRANSACTION OF 1,636. And the second transaction was 89. Even though the 89 was a small amount to them, for me it is a big amount for you to have to work an hour to get that.
They were asking to each other, and didnt know what to do. But still, didnt get any manager that time? I asked them, what will be the action for this. But no, I don't get any response.
Train your crew to have a urgency when it comes to this kind of scenario. If someone doesnt have any online bank? and then double charged, who will be the one who raise this kind of concern?
I still love chowking. But the experience on this branch was not.

Orders take too long to serve and unhygienic crew.
January 21, 2024 13:35pm Chowking Tayuman Branch.
The incident goes when the counter takes my order , she said that they dont have softdrinks so I'm forced to have pineapple juice which she dont said that it will be upsize to large and have additional payment for that. I just pay for it cause i want to eat right away. My orders take too long to be served. It is served one by one..I complain for the kangkong dish i ordered because I'm almost done with my food before it is actually serve so I just brought it back to the counter for take out. I was shocked when i saw the crew packing my order with his barehands. It is so unhygienic. I hope he would've used a spoon or fork to transfer it to the plastic. Please respond to me as soon as possible. I want this complaint to take an action. Thanks.

Desired outcome: I'd would like an apology and i appreciate to have proper disciplinary action for it not to happen again. The branch must undergo with sanitary inspection.

Customer service is not good
Tuesday january 2,2024 its 9-10pm we order in sm moa chowking inside the mall right beside burger king we just want to enjoy our dinner but the staff was so rude in communicating with us on what we gonna order. First thing was they dont greet us nicely and friendly at rhe counter my wife was badly sad and lost appetite on what kind of attitude they give to us I was dissapointed for almost 15years of my age I love chowking and thats my favorite fast food but not until the staff inside the sm moa chowking give us a bad dinner that night we didnt expect that kind of treatment. We go there not just to eat but to enjoy the holiday but the ruined it by not giving us a good manners and right services I hope this will not gonna happens to others please let them learn some right greetings and costumer services train them again mybe they forget how it works. Canton with fried fly
I almost ate the fly mixed with the food I ordered.. They offered to change it pero syempre iniisip ko na baka kasama din nung batch na ibibigay nila.. Kaya sabi ko take out nlng... Para naman kahit papano pampalubag sa sarili ko... Pero hindi ko na sya kinain... They never apologize for what happened... Hayss parang normal na lang sakanila ung ganung scenario.. Sa work ko kasi maliban sa papalitan namin ung food with freebie we apologize ng paulit ulit and promise to the customer na imbestigahan namin ung nangyari like that and so on.. Sana lang wala ako nakain na iba pa..🤮

Unserved halo halo
Around 2100H December 30, 2023, in Chowking Mactan Cebu International Airport Terminal 3, I ordered sweet and sour pork, pineapple juice and small Halo Halo.
The counter informed me that the halo halo will be served later.
I already done eating my meal but the Halo Halo is still not served.
After 30 mins I followed up (2x) but no one is working with the Halo Halo.
They are pointing to each other who will do my Order Halo Halo.
Even though I am already waiting in the counter area. They are arguing about what they will do with my order.
It’s already 50mins passed and I will be late for my flight.
I leave the store without having my order complete.
Kindly make the correct actions to the crews on duty and the storeinvolved.

Fly on the food
This happened on Dec. 16, 2023 around 7:30 to 8:20 in the evening. Me and my cousin took a dinner on your fastfood, we order one piece chicken and pancit canton for dine-in and siomai chao pan platter for take-out. But when I get our order they gave me a siomai platter in plate, not the one with chao pan, and instruct them to put in a box cause it is for take-out. I gave our food to my 15 years old cousin and told that she may eat first because I would ask the cashier for the wrong punch of my order. The cashier insist that I just ordered the siomai platter so I decided to buy a chao pao alone since she there's nothing I can do about it. When I get back to our seats, I started eating the pancit canton and did not bother to check my cousin due to my disappointment. She finish her food but still have some chicken on the plate so I took a small piece of it and when I dipped on the gravy I saw something and check, it was a fly.
I told to the service crew and he check it as well. Took the gravy and did not do anything again. Even a small apologize, we did not received.

Incident happen at festival mall alabang. Before closing nkapg order pko ng 2 buchi chicharap at pork chao fan dhil un nlng dw ang availble.. So si kahera nag advance call na pra sa buchi. So I pay and wait about 10mins nag p ffup ako sa nag serve and wala p din until ako nlng ata nsa loob nag ffup nko sa cashier hangang sa nataranta na sya at pumasok sa kitchen pra I check and nag usap na sila manager and lumabas na din sila sabay sabi sken wala na dw ung order ko. Sabi ko bkit I na advance call na yan naitapon dw ung papel. Sabi ko e panu ung in advance call dba dapat luto na yan d nyo man lng ni check n may customer pa sa loob haaiast ung food na order ko naitaposb na daw d ba nkaka gigil 😡 gutom kna tpos gnun p nangyare.. Poor service😡😡😡

Chao fan
I ordered a chao fan and when I opened the box the food didn't even make it through half way from the box.. Is this your new measurement?.. Considering people are ordering from you!.. Way back I ordered a chao fan snd when I opened it its almost full!.. What a disgrace!.. I will never order from you again!.. And will tell my friends and families not to do the same!..

Poor service
Poor service nakakawalang gana yung dinning crew na tomboy na kung makapag punas ng mesa parang sa karinderya lang ilang minutes kameng nag antay bago nalinis yung table tapos pag serve ng pagkain malamig pa mas uminit pa ulo ko kesa sa pagkain na sinerve niyo Grabe kayo tama naman binabayaran sainyo ng customer isusukli niyo poor service , pakitaan ka ng hindi magandang gesture tas mag seserve ng malamig na food GRABE SOBRA
Super tagal ng service
Super tagal at bagal ng service nyo! Tuwing kakain kami dto palagi nalang akala namin may improvement. Ilang mins na kami nag aantay sa food namin naserve na yung food pero yung drinks after 20 mins? Grabe service nyo! Nag order kami 8:16 pm naserve ang drinks 8:51? May second order pa kami chaofan w lumpia w/ wanton soup pero 30 mins ang serving?! Kahit ireview nyo ang cctv nyo sobrang daming complaint. Worst fast food service!
Poor customer service
Around 7:30-7:45pm we went to a chowking branch here in pampanga. It was not full, vacant seats are seen. I observed that the people next in line to me already got their orders.Also the person i followed at the ordering counter was already done yet we dont still have ours. I went to the cashier and asked why is our left behind, to my surprised she didint answered me back. A crew came at our seat and took my receipt( btw, he did not returned it) and again i asked why is our order left behind. Again, as i observed those late camers now already had their orders. I went again to the cashier and asked that we will take out our orders. I stayed there in front with no explanation or any apology or any verbatim why we encountered such delima. It was a very poor service and i will no longer go to that branch ever.
I am hoping for any answers for my dismay.

I bought some takeouts last saturday in the Chowking Branch here in Bacolod. The service is definitely the worst part of it because there are like tons of staff but few customers who ordered, yet the they can't even notify those devices they give you so that you'll know that its time to pick up your order. I've been sitting for a while waiting for the device to make the beeping sound as I continously look over the counter for a packed meal. There was one packed meal sitting there for already 25 minutes or so. That was when I approached the counter to ask if my order was ready? Turns out it was mine. The heck, they should've said that...giving me a device and saying we'll just notify you through it... But failed to do so
There's a foreign object on my food
Good day, I trust your doing fine. I am reaching out about my concern I up to your help center via app. I am not satisfied with the solution they gave me.
I've received my order with a verygood presentation. But then while me and my husband eating we noticed something in our chowfan platter and when we look closer its an eggshell and then we rushed to complain to your help center and I didn't get any help from them. But I was really hungry and because I am a pregnant women who really craving for this food, I just put the first eggshell away and continue eating. But afterwards, I noticed another small eggshell again and I can't even continue eating because may my anxiousness and overthinking cause me to think "what other things could I see in this food if I continue eating?".
I am also working at the food industry, meaning to say, I know how the food quality standard should be delivered. This is very alarming. Because, what if i'm not the only customer who experienced this?

Halo-Halo/ after 51 mins served
I ordered Siomai Chao Fan, Iced tea drink with Halo-Halo at 9:35pm. I received the Siomai Chao Fan in less than 7 mins but the Halo-Halo is not with the meal so I waited as usual that the meal served first before the dessert. I finished eating my meal and still the Halo-Halo is not yet served, I looked at the time and saw that it's already 30 mins after the order transaction but the Halo-Halo is not yet served, I kept coming at the claiming area pero Wala pa din yong halo-halo, I even updated at the guy who take my order and said that he already updated the pending order. I still waited and looked at the time and it's near to 1 hr and saw the guy who take my order go to the second floor and this is where I decide to cancel my order, I explain to the girl in the counter that my order halo-halo is not yet receive and I wanted to void the item, I explained to her that I wanted to void the item because it's near to 1 hr and my order halo-halo is not yet served and tell her that the guy who takes my order go upstairs and no one is preparing my order even though I can that some other people that who ordered their halo-halo before me got their order, but my request to void the item has not granted and served the Halo-Halo when I wanted to void the item. Please di po peak hour at wala din pong mga tao Kaya Sana po wag patagalin ng mahigit isang oras yong order lalot iisang order lang naman.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate for a responsible worker, re orient the workers if it's needed.
Cashier’s attitude
Please train your staffs to be respectful, at wag mag sagutan sa harapan ng mag costumer. si cashier na nag take ng order ko is hindi na nka focus sa sinasabi ko kasi nagsagutan cla ng TL ata yon, padabog nya nilapag yong tray and the tone of her voice is galit, and worst is ng iirap ng mata.
Queation: is that how treat your costumers?
“this cashier kasi is parang mag out na, and that she is counting her cash sa counter kaya sinaway sya ng TL kasi she is counting her sales even na may 2 customers na nka line sa harap nya and waiting for more than 5 mins.”
Sana nman kung hindi na mag take ng order maglagay ng sign sa harap nga close yong counter para wala pong pipila.

Nagplano kami ng partner ko na kumain sa chowking sa sm trece. Umorder ako ng siomai chowfan na fried siomai tapos di manlang ako binigyan ng table number so akala ko sila na magseserve,tapos mga nakasimangot pa yung mga crew napaka unapproachable tapos instead na fried siomai ,steamed siomai yung binigay sakin..paki improve naman po ng service niyo chowking nakakadisappoint. Mas better pa yung chowking sa may bandang towermall very approachable.
Service and product
Magandang araw gusto ko lang ireport yung manager na sumisigaw dahil lang sa nag follow up ako ng order 40 minutes nag follow up ako kasi 3 items lang ang order. Sinigawan ako hanggang sa nanisi pa na kapag na missed out eh kasalanan ng rider. Bakit isisisi sa rider yung pagkakamali ng manager at crew? Si rider ba nag aassemble ng product? Pwede naman kausapin ng ayos. Alam naman namin na madaming tao naiintindihan namin na matagal talaga lumabas ang product pero kung aabutin naman ng 1 1/2 hour eh hindi naman makatarungan yun sa 3 items na order. Makiusap lang ng sana ng ayos. Hindi ko alam kunginor or major complaint to pero sana maaksyunan dahil marami rider na nagrereklamo sa tagal lumabas ng order sa branch na yan

Bad rm attitude towards rider
Good day! Can i ask if the Rm can ban a rider and not getting any order from him? Last Nov.1 2023 the rider and cashier misunderstood each other. The cashier punch a wrong quantity and then the rider was waiting for about 15minutes but when he got the order only 1pc of chowfan only it supposed to be 3, then the rider ask the cashier and to make a story short the MANAGER shout to her employees to make it 1minute preparation and make sure the rider hear it and then the rider ask the manager why are you shouting the manager replied she was shouting her employees which is not good. And then Today nov2 2023 tha RM of the establisment told the rider that he is ban in that kiosk and cant order food. ALWAYS REMEMBER that a rider is also a customer chowking here in CITY MALL VICTORIAS CITY NEGROS OCCIDENTAL THE STAFF AND CREW IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I am a customer also after in that incident what if the rider deliver it in a customer then tha place is miles a way i hope they consider the rider gas an ka kapoy!

So I ordered at chowking festival mall alabang around 7pm sabe nila 30 mins daw just for chao fan no toppings since nakabreak lang ako nakiusap ako na baka kaya 15min parang nagalit si miss bev and pinasa ako sa iba and she didnt inform me, bigla na lang sya umalis then yung kumausap sakin na nakasalamin mabait sya pumayag sya na 10 mins kaso nawindang ako sa chao fan, may mga white rice pa, malata at konti. Favourite ko yun kaya alam ko ang quality ng chaofan please paki contact ako at isesend ko sainyo ang pic ng chaofan. Di ako nasatisfied grabe nakadalawang subo lang ako, sana kung ganon lang din ibibigay nila sinabe nila agad sakin para atleast bumili ako sa iba sayang.

Wonton is one of my favorite at chowking together with butchi.
For tonight’s dinner my son wanted a soup and I dont have much time to prepare. So I ordered Wonton Regular at Chowking Nova Susano - October 24, 2023 19:20 to be specifi via Food Panda Delivery Service.
I received my order well, upon opening the noodles, my gosh. Soup is just approx 4-5spoon and the taste is not good as I wanted before.
Making the customer wait more than promised time
I placed my order in Chowking EMA Town in Sto. nino Meycauayan, for dine in. I requested for particular chicken parts. The one who took my order at the counter checked first if my request is available then she came back and told me the waiting time is 30mins. So i paid for my order and waited for 30mins at the dining area. After 30mins waiting they served my order and saw the chicken not as requested. They told me it will take 13 more minutes. I asked for the restaurant manager and she told me, my request was not accommodated bcoz they gave my requested part to other customers. So now at my expense I need to wait again? Keeping your words for the customers is crucial. I will not insist in the first place if my request is not available. But they gave me their word I just needed to wait for 30mins. Now I had to wait longer bcoz they did not keep their word, did not pay attention to their dine in customers. This is a very disappointing experience. I will not come back in this store again. I will make sure to let my friends and family about tge store’s lack of integrity.
