Good afternoon,
I am reaching out to get some assistance with a repair claim. I have contacted customer service, spoken to multiple case managers and paid $1, 440.00 in cash. I have uncovered wires showing, the thermostat off and system not working. I have a wife and four kids, the temperature outdoors is dropping by the day and I can't heat my home.
