Chicken Express review: Very poor service

My visit Dec. 31, 2021, I ordered 3 thighs with Okra a roll and a drink. Also ordered 3 legs with fries and a drink. I was told that it would be a 15-minute wait on the thighs. I chose to wait. When I got home with my order, I opened it and the order with the three thighs was correct but the one with the 3 legs had 1 leg, 1 breast and 1 wing. I've been thru this too many times with your Muskogee store. Many times, there were no thighs or no legs meaning I had to wait or order something else. Also, one time I ordered okra and paid for okra but didn't get okra. Another time I ordered fries and paid for fries but got no fries. I've paid for 3 pieces of chicken and got only 2 pieces of chicken. I could go on and on. Too many mistakes! This store and/or management definitely needs to be looked into.
