On November 7, 2019 at 8:25 in the evening I stopped at the store in Clifton. I ordered a #1 which is the most basic food combo they have. The staff had no real interest in proving me my food. The speaker was out of order so they asked me to pull to the window. I watched for 9 minutes while they danced and shoved and hugged each other and just had a good old time. They were not waiting on chicken or other food to fry. Finally the guy that took my order started to assemble it, stopping frequently to tell a story or respond to one of the other employees. Finally he put my order in a bag and stared for the window. On his way someone must have said something to him and he stopped and turned around and carried on a conversation while I continued wait. If this was my location I would clean house on the night crew. They also appear to be eating all your profits.
