Chicken Express review: I am complaining about poor customer service

On January 4th, 2019 I went to the Dallas location at 1822 Midway road Dallas Tx, 75287
I ordered two lunch specials for a coworker and me. When we got back we noticed they had only given us one of the orders. I called and the lady told me to come the next day and she would make it right. In my opinion, making it right for my inconvenience would include repeating the entire order. When I went back the next day the same lady I spoke with on the phone told me she could only give me one order I thought that was so screwed up she insisted I take a gallon of tea as I explained I'm diabetic I don't need sweet tea she said that all she would do. I explained to her that she made the mistake and I should be given what I paid for" in a nice way" might I add because at that point I was really pissed off. So I ended up buying my coworker lunch twice. Just in case it's a question yes I had my receipt. this cost me a total of 22.37.
