Chicken Express review: Bad chicken being served, fish wasn't fresh

Service was bad, staff not very friendly, a girl sitting in dining room playing on computer got up and walked through kitchen and got a bag of chicken from a refrigerator then walked to food line and grabbed a paper plate without washing hands and didn't appear to be on duty. Watched staff take orders out to pulled cars and walk back in without washing their hands before handling food. A group of girls walked in with a dog and sat down in dining room. My family and I eat here a lot and we have watched and noticed this location go down over the last few months. We have decided until this store has made some major changes, we will not be visiting this store anymore. It's way too expensive for that kind of service.
