fraudulent website
I purchased quite a big order through this website on january 7, 2019. I have sent numerous e-mails and yet no response ever. I got 2 emails from them, 1 that confirmed payment and another confirming that my order was shipped and through russian postal service giving 2-4 weeks for shipping. I have waited well beyond the given interval and now nothing no response whatsoever!

Cheap-Cigarettess.com goes to great lengths on their website to seem legit, but I assure you they are not. On Nov. 13, 2018 they took my order and my bitcoins, even emailed me on Nov. 16, 2018 that my order #15056 was sent out, but at seven weeks later I have no packages, though they claim shipping time is at most five weeks. I have emailed them three times, but I get no reply. I have called their contact phone number at +7 (812) 660-50-02, twice. The first time I spoke to a female who seemed to speak Russian, but not English, because she hung up on me. So I called again and spoke to another female who fortunately did speak some English, not fluently, but she managed to communicate to me that she sold car magazines not cigarettes. So I just cut my losses and moved on, learning whatever important lesson out of it that I need too.

This website is a complete fake and FRAUD! Never ever order on this website, or you will loose all your money. I have never received my order. I wrote many emails to the customer service, asking for the status of order and finally ask for a refund, but have never received an answer. All money (over 100 Euro!!!) is lost. Absolutely avoid this website! FRAUD!!!

They make websites and sell them on the Internet. They sell cigarettes at cheap prices. I paid three months after I ordered cigarettes. They did not ship goods and contacted them several times, but they have no answer. After people order and paid, But they do not send goods and no answer. It is completely fraudulent. They are still receiving orders.
not issuing refunds
I placed an order for Cheap-Cigarette.org which I know I never should anymore, my mistake. They said they'll going to deliver the product in 30 days but it has never arrived. When I finally get tired of following-up and demanding a refund, they said they were not issuing refunds anymore.
Do not buy from stogie express.com. They will steal your money. Same scam artists Ken Baxter and Kim Davis who owned cigoutfitters.com and tobaccocapital.com. He stole a lot of people's money and then shut those sites down. Now he has just opened up as stogieexpress.com. It is the exact same website. Look it up on Whois. exactly the same.
I found this board and ordered from cigoutfitters.com due to the positive reviews here. I'm out $172. Never received my order. Can't believe I was scammed. Time to file!
I never received my order from cigoutfitters.com. I was promised delivery in a week, yet that never happened. I live in the same state, so that should not have been an issue. The tracking number I received is non-existent according to usps. Emails and phone calls have all been unanswered. This is a very unprofessional, flippant and unethical business. I fell for all these positive reviews on this board, lesson learned. I was leary to send payment through google pay. They only accept debit cards, red flag there. I will never do that again. No recourse, google pay will not help. The registered owner of this site is Ken Baxter, but he is unreachable, email address does not exist. He also owns tobaccocapital.com, which disappeared through sleight of hand. Wish I researched first, out $153, complaint filed.

cigoutfitters.com is the company that I use. Cartons are cheap, you cant buy packs but thats alright I dont mind paying the 50 dollars per carton.
tobaccocapital.com is the company that I have been using for the last couple of months. They ship to me within just a few days. I am very happy with this company.
tobaccocapital.com disappeared along with everyone's money. Now on January 18th a new company shows up, cigoutfitters.com. Now you will be seeing all good reviews for cigoutfitters.com. These scammers aren't very bright, it's easy to figure out. Same scammers, same fraud.
Just got an order In from TobaccoCapital.com this afternoon placed the order on Tuesday.

tobaccocapital.com is the only company that I will trust for this exact reason. tobaccocapital.com is an American company that ships from Missouri. Packages arrive quickly, cartons are cheap whats not to love about them.

dirtcheapsmokes I am not sure about them. It doesnt look like they are around anymore. I buy my cigarettes online at cigroad.com they are an american company and ship out of Kansas. They accept bitcoin and debit card as payments.

I have been buying my cigarettes from dirtcheapsmokes.com too. They are a good company, you cant pay by paypal or credit card but they have many great payment options. I personally pay by moneypak.
