This is a question of judgement on your part a member of your chaturbate was fined 300 for violating a rule by giving someone first name

Is that cosidered a violation... No last name was given no address was given... It was revealed by an error and you seem to think the user was under violation... John it happens to be a first name of a room customer. This is an awful stiff fine for aa first name what does that do for anyone without the last name or address... I think the person involved was treated very severely...

Not good services not hearing what you have explain they ban account that they want without you knowing whats their valid reason.. no evidence no proof of the reason u get ban.

My user name on the site is luger1957, or at least it was until about 12:45 Central standard time today (10/14/21).
My screen changed to a notice that I was banned. No reason given. I responded to the email address given for an explanation of this action. Of course after being a very strong user for over a year, having spent many thousands of dollars I know better than get any response from them. I have heard first hand of how they never reply.
Now my personal collection of the many hours, weeks and months of private sessions I paid for are no longer available to me.

There is no reason I should have ever been banned. I always treat the models and other users with respect even when they do not deserve such.

I have two accounts with them and recently I was asked to provide an updated verification. I sent the same images for both accounts. 1 was approved on 1 and 1 denied. idiots. I am 64 years old and live with my wife. I am the only one in my office (ever) and somehow they flagged me for having an un-verified user on my camera. Idiots. Beware they will block you you for not showing your face. I sent an email to support@chaturbate.com asking why my account had been deleted. Case [protected]. No response. I sent several followup emails requesting a response. No Response.

On 28th Sept about 4:30pm Eastern time I sent a New Email to support@chaturbate.com saying that I had already logged a case but no one was replying so I was logging a new case in an attempt to get a reply. Case [protected]. No reply.

Sept 28 @ 5:30 Eastern time I sent an email to billing@chaturbate.com saying my account had been banned and I could not get a response for either of the two cases that had been opened. My banned account had 308 tokens in it and I wanted billing to tell me what I could do with the tokens. Would they give me a refund? Would they transfer them to one of the chatrooms that I often tipped? Could I open another account and have the tokens transferred there? I have spent over $400 in the past couple months buying tokens to tip various chatrooms. Case [protected]. No response.

It has now been almost 48 hours. I have 3 cases logged and chaturbate refuses to answer any of my requests. I have no idea why my account was banned. And I have no idea what they intend to do with my tokens.

I have read several places on the internet how dismal Chaturbate was as a corporation, how they often ban accounts for what turns out to be no reason, and how they never want to reply to any requests. I now understand how badly their support system sucks. I am at a loss as to what to do.

This is in regards to complaint [protected] you sent me a deal so I could look it up as model karinawills_ I tried to have a private show as she was a 6 token model around 7 pm pst it said I had to pay for 10min minumin at 6tks a min. My issue is not with the employees, or models as they are referred to, but with the administration of the site. Recently I was banned mid conversation with a couple while discussing music. I doubt I violated any rules unless not being a fan of Abba is a violation. Now, to be fair, I have caused problems in the past and I know that "Admin" is a college student who is probably not my biggest fan. I have not been kind to this kid in the past and have been rightfully banned. He tossed me, I suspect because he does not like me, but that is not why I complain. To resolve the issue I attempted to reach out to some sort of customer service department. Lo and behold all numbers I could find have been disconnected. You can send the an email but, this isnt 2004...we all know what that means now. A shady operation that hides from it's customers

she is extremely rude and asks for offline payments from users. she has done this numerous times and bans users for no reason at all except to ask why she will ban certain users if they want to tip. I was a user who tipped very frequently before and all of a sudden she bans me without warning but when i made other accounts to ask her why she did that she also bans me immediately. She has done this numerous times to other users not just me, I have seen it many many times now.

Hi I want a refund, I gave 100 tokens to the performer crazzy_cherry, soon afterwards I found out that the show costs 300, then i added 200 tip and still didn't enter, then I tipped 300 and started on the show almost ending, 100+200, I paid 300 plus and saw nothing, I want a refund of 300 tokens, its not fair

They don't take any accountability for the fact that the simulation of reality they create impacts everyone, especially those who may be struggling from any sort of loss or prone to depression. Yes, as others have noted, there is a protocol. When you join the site your given a small window of opportunity (roughly 2 or three days) during which you will meet some customers and generate followers...from there your hours will gradually diminish and, though you will see names lingering in your room, you must know: these are not people. To be blunt, you're technically not even on the site anymore. You just think you are. This is why your followers, some of whom may have been highly enthusiastic customers, are never seen again. Trust me: they're not getting your notifications. For those first two or three days they were, but not anymore. You see, Chaturbate already has more models than they need. New models take up bandwidth and it's impossible to accommodate all of them, and they should let people know this. I've worked for other sites that didn't think twice about notifying a model that we had enough of their type and their services were not needed at the present time. Chaturbate doesn't do that. Why? I'm sure my chaturbate experience was nothing so many others haven't experienced. You join the site and find that your being bombarded with bots to make you feel like your being listed (scroll through the listings and you'll find this isn't so). Meanwhile they flood your email with advertisements for other models because you're a male (i.E. Garbage). When ask them why they're doing this their robots spam you with canned replies which place the blame on you. In reality they run their platform on the premise of greed... Herd as many men as they can onto the site under the pretense that they're going to be models, make them feel like useless life forms, suck out their hearts, suck out their souls and try to get them to buy things. I didn't join the site to buy things. I joined the site because my mother just died and I may be living out on the streets. I had a unique name, androgynymph — sometimes i's go on the site after videotaping a youtube video and had awesome colors, costumes and makeup on replete with a bright captivating background... And what did I get for all my effort? Nothing. Zilch. Something seemed terribly wrong about that. It's not human nature for people to be [that] unresponsive. They ban you, like all big tech companies love to do with people they can't make slaves of, and tell you you've been spamming other channels. Indeed, you ae the problem... I've tried to resolve this problem with you, chaturbate, but you look down on the people you intend to exploit and never gave me the dignity of a human response. I don't know where else to turn. I've emailed support, scrolled through numerous different forums, contacted Shirley and sent in a request on the site. My account College_twink20 was suddenly banned after I was being stalked and harrased by a user. I don't believe I violated any rules and I am just so confused why support won't reply to me as it has been past 48 hours. I would love to get a reply as soon as possible thank you.

Well the harassment started around a year ago but has intensified to the point where every room I go into they pick up there phone scan something and then something about me and kiddie porn pops up. I have emailed chaturbate numerous times citing the actresses and individuals who are threatening to beat me up, rape me, call me a [censored], and so on. Shortly after this incident traces of kiddie porn were being left on my computer in files and folders, very easy to find. There are many more details of defamation and abuse but for now this is a good starting point.
