Changi Airport Group review: bad customer service

Hi afternoon
I've just purchased some golden duck item frm The golden duck shop at terminal 2 departure hall ( near to jinjja chicken shop)
This is a very bad customer service I've meet before.when I approach to the counter 2staff were watching video and eating I called then 2 times and no response from them
And the third time I raised my voice said "Hello" to them thy nvr apologise to me that's still fine
But both of them gave me one looking and also started at me . 2 of my colleagues saw one of them starred at me when I making payment
End of payment the staff also use a very bad tone by saying "thank you" and use only one hand to give me back my bank card
Thy totally not respect me as a customer and don't realise their fault this is very bad attitude as a cashier and as a staff I don't feel a sense of customer service from them
