Unfortunately, that trust has been destroyed.

I had confirmed a **12–4 p.m. appointment** for someone to measure my windows. Instead, a representative arrived at approximately **7:30 a.m.**, repeatedly ringing my Ring doorbell and knocking until he woke me.

When I questioned why he was there hours before the scheduled appointment, the interaction became confrontational. **I felt threatened by his behavior and the way he was yelling at me at 7:30 in the morning.** My wife and the other occupants of my home were also extremely uncomfortable and upset by someone behaving aggressively and yelling at our home that early.

The situation escalated when the representative entered my home while I was getting dressed after being unexpectedly awakened. He then **slammed the door, damaging it and an 18th-century stained-glass window**, and left without resolving the situation.

After spending this much money with Champion, I expect **proper installation, respect for my home and family, and basic professionalism**. Instead, I have experienced installation problems, water intrusion, scheduling issues, property damage, and behavior I experienced as **threatening and intimidating in my own home**.
