Champion Windows review: Terrible customer service

We bought our windows and patio doors July 2022. I have contacted them 5 times this month to try and get someone out to look at one of my doors. After filling out the problem online I received an email and a text saying they tried to contact me, but the line was busy. That I needed to contact them. I NEVER received any calls from them. I called again, was given a name and number of a tech. I called that number and of course it went to voice mail. I left a message and never received a call back. I called Champion again and was told it would be over $125 for someone to come out to look at the door. With as much as we spent on these windows and doors you would thing Champion would back their work. I refuse to pay them any more money! They should back their products. Terrible customer service!
