CG Billing Do not understand the bill

I received a bill for $1, 682.00 the insurance should have paid, but the bill does not show that the insurance paid? Can you call and explain?
I will not pay until I hear from you. I have tried several times and can not get through. Is there another number that works.

CG Billing Excess money was taken from my hdfc account

on 13/7/2021 CGBILLING.COM had taken money of Rs 14993/- equalent to US$200 vide Ref.No 748840 of HDFC, Bank, Miyapur, Hyderabad, India, as I am
trying to pay a penalty amount of Rs.2990/- only on the instructions from the Ministry of Law, Govt.of india. so the excess amount of Rs.12003 was taken from account without my permission, so kindly return to my debit card which I used to pay the amount.

I wanted Magan Morgal magical facecream product but had to pay with a credit card i only have a master card and then suddenly money were take out of my bank account. I did not order an hair product and they took my money with out my premission. I whant my money back asap.

CG Billing I am about $39 taken from my checking account and I don’t know what it was for.

I went online to apply for a new passport. I filled a form that I thought was for the passport then was charged $39. So I was thinking that was the first step to get it. But then I was given the actual passport forms to fill out afterwards that needed to be sent in with documents and pics. I know there is a charge for a new passport but I didn't even fill out the passport forms or send it in so what was that form that I do fill out and what was that charge actually for?

CG Billing Money taken with no approval

Hi I have noticed a charge of €6.99 on the 12th September 2014 with cgbilling as the charger.
I have no idea what this charge is for and have nothing in my email acc from cgbilling to say I am being charged never mind saying what the charge is for.

I would expect this money to be returned sooner rather than later. It may not be alot of money to most people, but it is money that is very much needed by my family and I.

These people are a trip! Had a issue with this company in November 2011. Problem was resolved and told my that the subscription was closed and they were sorry. BS, checking my bank statement on Saturday i have been charged by these people 3 more times since December 2011 the last one was Jan. 23, 2012 all of them for 36.95 and can get the company on the phone. I AM ----IN PISSED!

Update on my complaint: I called my bank and they restored my money and dealt with the merchant. I called Customer Service and told them I would like to dispute unauthorized charges to my account and they forwarded me to the appropriate department. I did not have an email confirming my cancellation or a confirmation number and just told the investigators that I had called the company to cancel my membership after my free trial had passed. The investigators knew about the company, called them, told me that I have a claim and restored the money in my account. They also blocked my account so that the merchant would not be able to bill again.
I had called the merchant before calling the bank and they refused to refund the unauthorized billings and claimed that I had signed up to their website with my debit card, which was not true.
I also filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and am glad that I did, there were a lot of complaints for unauthorized billings for this company.
I would suggest the following: 1. find out exactly how many unauthorized billings you have from your bank statement;

2. Call the merchant and tell them to refund your money; 3. If they refuse or you cannot get them on the phone, call customer service at your bank and say that you would like to dispute unauthorized charges. They might have you fill out a form or just talk to you. I am sure they will restore your money, I think they have to as per your debit card contract terms. It is their job to make sure your debit card is not charged improperly.

They charged me too without any authorization. I've never heard of them before.
Due to this transaction on Christmas Day (Sunday) my entire account was shut down so they could change my account number. I couldn't do anything! All banks were closed until Tuesday and I couldn't use my debit card.

I've emailed the cgbilling and have not received a response. I've called twice only to be on hold for 1 1/2 hours. I got all the way to the next customer in line to speak with a representative - then just to get bumped back to #7 BOTH TIMES!

I called my bank - they told me to go into a branch and fill out a form to have my money reimbursed and to block them from making any more transactions from my account.

I would call my bank and tell them that this is unauthorized charge. The bank should refund your money and investigate the merchant.

CG Billing Fraud

Never purchase anything from or through CGbilling, they are a fraudulent company preying on unsuspecting consumers. And do not be fooled by their fake concern or means of making contact. You cannot contact these people, every avenue they offer to make contact seems to be broken or lying, like their telephone customer service program that leaves you on hold for hours all the while telling you are the next in line. I hope the authorities shut these blatant criminals down and put its contractors in jail. Do Not Purchase from CGbilling, you will be stolen from!

CG Billing Un-conformed payment from my account

I myself make silly mistakes on online sites but i know i did'nt authorize payment to CGBILLIING.COM because if i had of done there would have been email conformation which i have recieved none if the total of 22.65 in uk money is'nt reunded within a month i will repeat this complant message accross YOUTUBE website so i think it is in your best interest to do so being that i am a regular user

CG Billing Charged $49.90 on my card and I got nothing

I thought I was ordering a year of sport streaming for $11.65. It charged $49.90 on my card and I got nothing. It even flipped back to the charge screen trying to act like it didn't work and you needed to put the information in again. I saw that someone else did the same thing that I did. Very, very upset about this.

I signed up for 3 day trial for 2 or 3 dollars at download provider.me. I called CG billing to cancel my subscription to avoid being charged 69.95$(I knew it was coming if I didn't cancel) The lady on the other end was nice and said ok your subscription is cancelled you will no longer be charged by CG Billing. Well, a few hours later right before midnight, bam I look at my statement and I got 6 bucks left in my account, being charged my CG Billing for 69.95. Before I do anything, I look at my email, and already they send me an email apologizing saying I'll get my money back in 10-12 days. WELL IM NOT A ###ING SCAM COMPANY, I WORK FOR MY MONEY I DONT SCREW PEOPLE OVER TO GET MY MONEY, AND THAT WAS MONEY FOR GAS AND TO GET ME THOUGH UNTIL I GET PAID IN 6 MORE ###ING DAYS! NOW WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

CG Billing unorthorised deductions

has anyone had dealings with the billing company Cg Billing. com. I found they were taking unauthorised deductions from my mastercard account. When asked the reason they were taking money out of the account they said my subscription is canceled and i do not owe any more money. I asked who gave them permission to deduct from my account they told me it was xxx Blackbook. When i contacted xxx Blackbook i was told to contact Cgbilling, com as they were the ones billing my account. I have had to cancel my mastercard and have also started an investigation with Citibank to try to recoup my money.I would like to know if anyone else has had any problems with Cg billing.com

CG Billing unauthorised payment

I have been charged 3 times for varying amounts of money without authorisation and the only details that appear on my statement aer CGBILLING.COM NETCASH. I have read about many people having the same issue and have contacted my bank and Netcash about this issue and getting my money refunded to my account.
Just wondering if anyone else who had this issue received a refund of their money.

I subscribed to a porn site that Net Cash does the transactions for. A one month subscription cost $34.95 but they charged me twice that and when I called them out on it they sent me an email stating they would refund the money. 12 business days later still no money. What a surprise! I'm just glad they were stupid enough to send me an email saying they were at fault now I can at least start the charge back process with proof of their fraud.

I was informed of your comment on service provided by our company and have not been able to track down this person who placed the complaint . We go out of our way to make sure that our clients are happy and place legal notification of all charges on our website /coupon companies . Do to the competitave nature of the junk business we have had everything from false calls to people writting complaints that are not true customers .

CG Billing Unauthorize Charging on my credit card

I one time surf thru the internet and came across a website about men. This website offers a free 3-day trial at US 9.95. Upon completing the information about my credit card, I sent it in. However, a message was sent back to me saying that they were not able to proceed further with my
application because the credit card is not valid. Upon receiving this message, I log out of that site. There was no confirmation code whatsoever sent to me. A day after, I received an email saying that my request for trial period was cancelled because the card is invalid.

However, until this time they have been charging my credit card with US 9.95. I wish someone could help us weed out this kind scam on the internet.

On 11-12-2014 my bank has deducted by US $ 74.95 from my account.
To my knowledge, I do not make any purchases online on that day. When I check with my bank, I found that the payment was made to Netcash.com as stated: "PREAUTH SALE Netcash.com * bre> +[protected] DATED 11/12/14 US $ 74.95".
I don't know why Netcash.com charge me and for what?

I recently discovered they took $44.00 off of my credit card. Which I NEVER authorized. I have sent 15 emails in a 24 hour period. The only response I have gotten is a representive will contact me with in one day. I want my money back. I dont even know who these people are.

That is what I am doing right now...I got a charge for 30.95 for I don't know what. I am trying to call them and get a hold of someone. I have no idea what this charge is for. Its ridiculous. I've talked to my bank already and they are trying to get my money back as well. I had to get a new card altogether. This is making me mad.

CG Billing Taking money from my account

This company took money from my credit card without permission.
When I informed them about the transaction the site "CLAIMED" to cancel the transaction.
GUESS WHAT! They never returned the money. I have two (2) statements from them claiming the transaction is canceled but still I don't have my money back.
Don't use any company which uses CGBilling (CGBilling.com) to do their billing otherwise you could end up like me.

Bonjour je voudrais avoir un renseignement on m'a appelé il y a une semaine pour faire une consultation de 5 minutes j'ai eu une C4 Aria qui m'a dit c'est 5, 60 € pour 5 minutes donc je dis oui il y a pas de souci le problème qu'il y a c'est que quand je passe au consultation auprès d'une Voyance j'ai posé une seule question au bout de 50 minutes et je dis à la femme excusez-moi mais je ne peux pas payer plus que 70 € car la Sakarya me dit que c'est 5 € pour 5 minutes donc moi j'ai calculé 40 à 50 € et pour Raphaël compte après ma consultation avec la voyance elle me repasse la secrétariat qu'elle me dit que je dois payer 200 € pour la consultation de 50 minutes lorsque avant que j'ai la voyance au téléphone elle me dit que c'est 5, 60 € pour 5 minutes pour en fait contre c'est une grosse arnaque je ne sais pas quoi faire car je dois payer 200 € et en plus de ça il me met une frais carte j'ai besoin de vos réponses car je ne sais pas quoi faire
