Cettire review: The Prada sunglasses are not shipped after a month da customer service does not reply on my inquiries

Hello, I placed order on cettire 1 month ago. and my prada sunglasses are not still shipped. After more than 10 business days, they just created online shipment label in dhl. When I called at dhl, they told me that they are waiting cettire and they just created online shipment label and did not send the parcel. So dhl asked me to contact cettire again to send my parcel. I am contacting their customer service, but there is no anwer from them. Since they created shipment label I can not cancel order anymore. The prada sunglasses, which costs 240$, even it is not Shipped after a month and I have no anwer fron them. this is the worst online shopping experiece I have ever had.
