I ordered from this company because I read on its site that one of their shipping methods was Fed X (2-5 days), which I paid $10.50. I could have chosen USPS with free delivery, which I did not want because of poor delivery service to rural areas. They sent it USPS any ways. I got it in five days after contacting them that the tracking showed it would be delayed. The package contained the phone and a charger in a white box in an unsealed plastic bag only, nothing else. No paperwork, no phone box, no invoice. Nothing to allow me to take it to the phone store to upgrade my old phone or to show me it was the same model I ordered. Of course, I called Customer Service and asked for help and was treated badly. The Rep did not want to take the time to help me with IMEI or ICCD information which is required to activate. After calling a second time, I was told the IMEI should be underneath the battery. Sent an email and stated I was returning the phone (same day I received it). I received an apologize for the poor customer service. Now I am told that the customers have to self-return and plus pay a 15% restocking fee. I knew about the fee, but the form I filled out for refund request online, gave a choose of self-return or get a return label with RMA. I choose the return label got the RMA but now I am told they do not do return labels.
Recommendation: Unfortunately, I did take the time to read all of the reviews, the positive ones and the complaints. Do not make that mistake. complaints. Do not make that mistake.
