I ordered unlocked samsung d500 through the website and they took almost 25 days to deliver and they deliver the wrong model d520 instead of what i ordered. They don't have good customer support. They do the same thing with me : they told me shipping via usps which comes in fedex . They provide me tracking no. but never said u can track in fedex so never comes handy. so i suggest try to avoid buying from this website.

Stay away from cell2get.com. I think thier name was meant to be (cell2getscammed). I ordered two phones on 1-7-10, It is now 1-28-10. But on 1-18-10 i called & called & called and finally they answered the phone only to lie right to my face and said the phones shipped on 1-15-10, It has now been 13 days since he lied and said they shipped. When i asked him why the order status said( prossessing) he said not to go by that, Oh how convienent for him! I have and would suggest to anyone who gets scammed by cell2get.com to report them to the BBB and every website you can find to file a complaint! I am still looking for websites to file more & more complaints and i will continue to do this until they are exposed! Please help me with this if you have any suggestions.
Also reported them to my Credit Card company, And from what i read on other websites some credit card companys wont allow you to purchase from cell2get.com. Do a google search for cell2get.com reviews and see all the people that they already scammed! I cant believe they are still allowed to conduct business. Good luck everyone and remember stay away from cell2get.com. (cell2getscammed)

I Agree now almost three weeks and no response they are delaying we will ask our lawyer regarding this site he will reply us as soon as possible.

I ordered unlocked Nokia cell phone and after 3 weeks got wrong model. Call them back and their customer support representative very nicely told me to ship it back for replacement. He told me that with new phone I'll get post fee reimbursement by check. They do not support cross shipment. After another three-four weeks I've got the correct model of the Nokia phone not in the original box, without any manual, with old battery (was all in scratches), no head phones, no reimbursement check. I was not able to turn this new phone ON. Call them again and ask them about all this stuff above. I was told they buy the phone only, but battery and power supply they purchase separately. Very nice. The CS said he will ship me another battery and charger on Jan.27-2011. Twice I asked the shipment confirmation on Feb.3 and Feb.9 2011. And even got the tracking No, that no UPS and no USPS can recognize it. Finally on Feb.16 I request RMA to return my order and get my money back. This day I received the real tracking No from them which says shipment day Feb.11-2011. They were lying me for several weeks about the shipment when they did not ship it. Now they want 15% restocking fee for returning this order. Do not trust this site. They are fraud.

I purchased a cellphone UNLOCKED in this website and they sent me a cellphone that only works with t-mobile. I request to change it for another one which works with any carrier and they asked to sent it back and three weeks later I received a new one but still not works because it was not unlocked, I request my money back and they charged 15% of restocking fee to my credit card, so I had to pay for nothing because it was not my fault, and they just have stolen my money and did not solve anything.

I was sent the wrong, lesser quality, phone. I only figured this out after it was activated, and Cell2Get Inc. apologized and has apparently refunded me the difference. But I'm kind of stuck with it unless I pony up another activation fee. Not a good way to operate.

Hi dears, I asked for a new note 5 Samsung unlocked, they sent me a used, it was reset 2 years ago, I am an electronic engineer and professional at most of electronic devices, so I know they cheated on me, they wasted my time and my money, I sent them the pictures of so many scratches on that & explained to them that your phone is old & used but they didn't provide a return label, it was their fault, but I had to spend $20 to return the awful device to them, I am telling to the all customers, don't trust to them

SOLD ME DEFECTIVE REFURBISHED UNLOCKED PHONE - WORKED FOR LESS THAN 90 DAYS - TOUCHSCREEN BROKE THEREFORE CANNOT USE PHONE.

ASKED FOR REFUND OR FOR HIM TO FIX IT - NO!

THIS IS NOT A COMPANY! HE WORKS FROM HOME - PHONES ARE STOLEN!

somehow this cell2getcom charged my credit card Fraudulently $189.39 on 06/22/2017 and another charge of $86.00 . my credit card company
is taking steps against this. I fully agree with all these complaints and I am glad it was caught in time .STAY AWAY!

BUYER BEWARE! This company is a MAJOR rip-off! I wish I had gone the the Better Business Bureau website first, as I would have seen all the complaints, and would not have bought from them. They sold me a phone that was supposed to be new. It was not. Not only that, but the phone was also bad. I did not end up activating it. In fact, I requested a return authorization the same day I received the phone. It took a while to finally receive that. I paid the shipping back, which under the circumstances, I should not have had to. Then, on top of that, they charged a restocking fee, and although it was supposedly free shipping, they apparently also subtracted for that too. UNBELIEVABLE! So they ended up only refunding about 77% of what we paid, plus, like I said, we paid the return shipping. Why would you restock a bad phone? You want to know why? Because they will most likely turn around and resell it to someone else, and when it gets returned, there’s more money in the seller’s pocket!
