CEFCO Convenience Stores diesel for my tractor

Need to train your people a lot better I just had to get into yes I do and no I don't conversation with one of your employees that had no idea that you have anything to do with farm exempt diesel but they live not driving all over town to get some I went ahead and just paid the regular price for diesel and this is not the first time I've had problems with employees at the store the store goes to employees way too much so apparently they're not either trained right or treated right. But most the times even though it's more convenient to go there I go other places cuz I know that the customer are treated better because they have long-term employees that know what they're doing

Claimed loss: Whatever the difference is between the farm exempt Diesel and highway diesel $60 worth

Desired outcome: Refund me the difference

CEFCO Convenience Stores Service

I went into the store in Amarillo at e interstate 40 and eastern. I was going to get a fountain drink. The Dr pepper seemed it needed CO2. I went to the counter and the two employees that were standing there asked what I needed and I told them and they looked at me like I was an idiot could have cared less about me as their customer. They asked which one and I replied Dr pepper. One who was on her phone seem like I was bothering her did not say very much about it but she would go look or whatever, I stood there for a minute calmly walked back over to fountain machine put the cup down and walked out. If that is how you treat customers ok. I will not go back to that store again and it is already poorly managed it is suppose to be a 24 hour store, I can not tell. A few days before this incident, I pulled up Togo in and get a drink, there was a sign on the door stating running end of day will be back. Whatever, once again that just does not make sense to me. I have wanted to get something several times and the store would not even be open, once again 24 hours open. The hot food had nothing but two sausage biscuits and three corn dogs and no telling how old they were

CEFCO Convenience Stores CEFCO EasyPay

Been using cefco easy pay to get discounts on gas for roughly about two years now all of a sudden card quit working when called in to find out why my card was not working they said that the barcode was not registering anymore and needed to go pick up a new card and call with the new number that was done new card, not working call back in to find out why the new card was not working and got the excuse that the system must just be down at that moment. Card has continued not to work called back and they said the account was put on hold until we could provide bank records, utility bills, drivers license, and all of that to go through a review board process which we never had to do to get this service going roughly 2 years ago. All of a sudden we were being asked for information we’ve never had to give before is beyond me, but at this time we will no longer be using cefco. Sounds like someone trying to commit identity theft to me.

CEFCO Convenience Stores Employment offer

To whom it may concern:

I placed an application on your website and after some time got an offer letter in my email for the customer service position at your Big Sandy store.. I contacted the manager listed in the offer letter Meagan Muhlbach and inquired about the pay and schedule before finally accepting the offer via the accept offer button in the email which it said had to be done by the 13th.. I waited a week and did not hear anything in regards to the offer of employment so I called Meagan Muhlbach again asking what the next steps would be and she told me that she hadn't been able to do anything with it and that the next steps would be a background check which correlated to what was relayed via the offer letter.. It was just before Easter so I gave her another week and when I still didn't hear from her I contacted her yet again and this time she told pretended to not know who I was or what position I was talking about telling me she was hiring for a position for which had yet to be vacated and that I would need to call back yet again on Monday to do an interview to which I responded I had already accepted the job offer via email and was waiting for a background check.. She proceeds to tell me that that's not the case that I hadn't received any job offer and that I wasn't even considered yet for the position.. When I explained it said very clearly that it was a job offer and it very clearly stated it was an offer letter I was met with her telling me that I was unhirable anyway because I was arguing with her.. I'm pretty upset about this as I have 2 kids 1 of which is autistic that I support and I have a house and car and many other bills for which I have to pay and that she has strung me out for 3 weeks now and I have been basically told I'm wrong and she's right even though I have emails stating word for word what I told her.. I would like something done here.. I would like to be considered for this position still.. I understand she might be having issues a bad day something, but I think this is unacceptable and would just like to have my story heard in hopes this doesn't happen to somebody else..

Desired outcome: I was told it wasn't a job offer and berated and told I was rude because I explained to her what the letter said.. I would not like to work under this manager but would entertain gilmer gladewater and surrounding locations..

CEFCO Convenience Stores Employees prejudice

My son and I are living in our car and my son works two blocks from this store so in the mornings he uses this particular restroom to clean up and wash out his pants for the workday. This morning he went to do just that and they refused him access to the restroom and said we were not allowed to use anymore they had to clean up after us. We had never seen either of the two people behind counter before, but I can tell you that no one has ever cleaned up after us as a matter of fact I had to clean up the entire handicapped stall in 2 nites ago just to use it and one day they had mopped and I went back and cleaned up my footprints. We r homeless not nasty. Discrimination prevails.

Desired outcome: Employees should not discriminate and get the facts before passing judgement. I've always liked Cefco over most competition. We spent cash there daily but you lost two good customers.

CEFCO Convenience Stores Assaulted at work by general manager

11/13/22 I was at work scheduled to be there 10pm 6 am. I had an issue with a payment, so I called the GM. She came to help then she began to yell so we started arguing. She pushed me in my face I exit and called the police. I was assaulted bye contact. She had no right to touch me. He said I was in her personal space, because he is a racist I’m black she is white. It is on camera her pushing me in my face. He said he can issue 2 tickets or I go home. Why would I get a ticket? And I was only still there waiting on them because asking her for help resulted in getting fired & Pushed She hit me and don’t get so much as a ticket. The next morning I get a call about trespassing. I was at work. How was I trespassing? Attitude or not why does my life not matter like the white womens? She had no right to put her hand on me. If I did that they would’ve took me no question asked. If there was an issue why not dismiss me as soon as you came we had a screaming match I’m fired & pushed & trespassing. Can you help it make sense no because it doesn’t. It is 2022 I expect the police to be a racist. Cefco is a business this is unacceptable and I want to be treated like a equal. Then she gave my phone number 2 the police does she have that right. I’m verbalizing that I’m being treated unfair because their racist so why would I want them to have my number, That not violation of my personal information? They will protect her with the trespassing an dirty my name. Where is the justice or punishment for pushing me in my face while on Cefco clock?

Desired outcome: I want to be contacted about my complaint. I want her 2 be held accountable. GM Jewell for putting her hands on me. I want tell me this didn’t happen go look at the camera then apologize

This started Oct 8th 2022 with the clerk overcharging me for an item. She refused to honor the posted price on the cooler stating she was told she was not allowed to over ride the system. CEFCO Convenience Stores Employees doing drugs at work

Everytime i stop at cefco on eastman rd an cotton in longview tx theres always employees standing around behind the store smoking weed at work. The person i always see doing this wears a name tag with the name Elizabeth, she has short red hair an works in the deli. A few days ago she was making a drug deal. An almost all of the employees smell of weed.

I have lived here since 2011 and have been in this store literally thousands of times and have never had an experience like I did tonight.

My husband was experiencing a stomach bug and was dehydrated so we went to get Gatorade and medicine. When we first walked in there was no one at the register and i went to get a fountain drink and it sprayed out all over. The man working finally came out from the back and I let him know the machine was messed up and spraying out. He said he knew that because the spouts we're being cleaned and he didn't put up an out of order sign. I asked him how long it would take and he said "I don't know about 15-20 minutes." I said ok we'll wait.

We were also experiencing a power outage that was expected to be restored at 3:30 am so we decided to get a snack. He came out and put the spouts back on and I got my fountain drink while my husband got Gatorade and medicine. There were no hot dogs or hot items so we decided to get three donuts.

When we got them out we noticed they man staring at us and they were not very fresh and we were trying to decide if we wanted them and so I asked how long they had been there. He said "They're fine, they've only been there 2 days.". I thought we could try heating them in the microwave to see if that would help. It didn't and I told the guy they were still hard and we didn't want them and went to the counter with our other items which were 3 Gatorades, Pepto Bismol chewable tablets and my fountain drink and had the 3 donuts. I had the donuts there so he could throw them away where ever he wanted. He rang up our stuff and the total was $17.75 and my husband put in his debit card. I noticed the price was too high and I said, the donuts are stale and we don't want them unless you want to do half off or something and he said "No". My husband said ok we don't want them and the man ignored him. I said well, we don't want them then please take them off. He said "No". My husband's card was still in the machine and he hit the cancel button. And the man re-rang the items again and my husbands card was still in the reader said the same total and I said But my husband and I told you we don't want them because they are stale and hard. He said very rudely "You already took them out and you have to pay for them."

I said, please give me your managers name and he ripped out a piece of paper from the cash register and wrote something and said "Here" shoved it towards me. The paper only said Tammy.

The card was still in the reader and the man was refusing to take them off and he walked away from the register.

I said what is her last name? He ignored me. I asked again and for the number to the store.

He said "I don't know it.". I said , You don't know the managers last name or the number to the store? He ignored me again. I said could you please find your corporate office number then? He said "No, you can look it up.". He was still not at the register.

I said ok, what is your name? And I was trying to see his name tag and I said, I can't see your name tag...what is your name? He threw something down and started walking towards the register pushing his name tag out and came to the register shoving his name tag out at me and said very loudly

"Can you read?" and it read Micah.

At that point another customer walked in and Micah yelled very loudly "Good morning sir, how are you?"

My husband said let us just pay for the other stuff just go and Micah re-rang it and my husband hit enter on the card reader and just paid for it so the customer who walked in wouldn't have to be disturbed.

My husband is a person with disabilities diagnosed anxiety and didn't want to cause a scene with Micah and since he needed the other items because he was sick, we just paid for it and left as not to disturb the other customer.

This is absolutely unacceptable and the stupid donuts were thrown away and I would like a refund.

This man was completely unprofessional, extremely rude and was aggressive in nature and I felt threatened by his behaviors.

From many personal experiences at your stores over the years, at this location and several others, CEFCO is a much better corporation and has a much better reputation than is being represented by this employee.

I have never encountered anyone like this at that store and I would highly recommend that he be terminated before he causes your company serious problems and or potential law suits.

I look very forward to your response.

I have sent 3 messages from your corporate website since the day the incident happened and have still not gotten a response.

CEFCO Convenience Stores My debit card got locked in pump 3.

On Saturday, 7/23/22 at approximately 7:40pm I pulled up to pump #3 for gas. Once I put my card in, it locked, then wouldn't let go. I walked into the store to speak with the CSR. I told him that my card was stuck. He said that he could not help me. I asked if he would contact a manager and he said, " No, and it won't do you any good anyway because they won't come up here for that". I was in shock at his unwillingness to help me. I also noticed that he had a store full of angry customers because he flat refused to help anyone. Instead he was out on the floor opening a box of hot dogs to put out. I was an employee once for Cefco and we never put out hotdogs after 6pm.

I asked this man for his name and he refused to give it to me. Other customers were out there trying to help me. I watched a man walk out of the store with his beer without paying because he was tired of waiting. The employee, even after seeing all these people upset and walking out with unpaid product, still did nothing. I was finally able to get my card out by some miracle. I can't use my card due to damage. It will not read the chip. My bank charges me $10.00 to replace it if it has not expired. As I was leaving he walked out and asked if I got it. After 15 minutes he wants to finally help me. I asked his name again and he refused to tell me. He is a white male, mid 40,s/50,s with a salt and pepper beard/mustache and wears glasses and a ball cap.

Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated the $10 for a new card and gas to get to Waco where I bank. I use it daily and now that it doesn't work I'm unable to pay for anything.

CEFCO Convenience Stores CEFCO #0046 #0043 #0024 TEMPLE TX UNITED STATES.

These stores took $125.00 every time I got gas at three different CEFCO at three different times I wanted to the store I purchased $29.73 worth of something I got gas which was $60.00 I believe on the same day and $125 was taken out without my permission I on Stefko again that $40.03 worth of gas I did not go into the store at all and I still have it in store purchase for $125.00 which I do not do Fifth Third occasion I got gas the $70.08 and I took out $125.00 again as it is for purchase which I did not do

Desired outcome: Put my $375.00 back into my account andGive me a gas card for $200 for all the overdraft fees

CEFCO Convenience Stores Management

I went inside the cefco in Franklin, Tx to get a coke and some M&MS and vise pod and gas. I told the cashier I would like $15 on pump #2. I got outside to the pump and realized I hit the wrong grade of fuel so I hung the pump up and went inside and told the cashier. She told me there was nothing she could do but it the funds would return to my card immediately. So I waited for 20 mins still nothing I went back inside and ask to speak to a manger the cashier calls the manager and she tells me the same thing. I then explained to the Manger that I had not pump any gas what so ever. So I leave come home wait another 30 mins still nothing on my card so I call the manger who is working at the Hearne, Tx store her name is Lisa and said my money was still not there and she tells me there was nothing she could do and that it was not her fault I pressed the wrong button. I will tell everyone I know to never spend there money with Cefco because not only was she rude but she knew nothing and she is a manger this is very unprofessional and I’m disappointed.

CEFCO Convenience Stores Employees

Apparently it depends on color of your skin to get service at Cefco in Crossplains, Tx. 3 employees there as I stood there waiting to get a couple a burritos! Another customer walks up and quick to help them! Asked where do I have order & was told we'll be with in a minute! This was Friday May the 6th around 6pm. We had to leave h just go to DQ down the street. I thought those days were over but apparently not in Cefco's in Crossplains, Tx. Management needs to take a better look at their employees or training better as they were when yall first opened! I'm sure nothing will be done about this but yall need to know whats going on! As a retail store owner myself, I will be letting our customers know how Cefco treats certain people thru word of mouth, our web site, & Facebook. Thank you!

CEFCO Convenience Stores Mngmt refused to refund my $20 cash paid in store for fuel.

This morning, April 8,2022 my husband stopped at cefco in DeFuniak Springs FL for fuel. He parked, double checked pump#, grabbed a couple burritos, went to register. He asked for $20 on pump #14, bringing his total to $24.96, he gave the clerk a $20 bill and a $5 bill. The pump didn't appear to be set so he went back in and asked for pump 14 be turned on. The clerk informed him he'd said he was at pump #4 and had set that pump. He was parked at pump #14 still. The store manager was informed of situation, and 15-20 mins later after viewing camera he informed me husband he'd told the clerk $20 on pump #4. He was not given his money nor his gas. He was also late for his job. This issue was not handled appropriately and it seems cefco employees have stolen $20. I have called and spoken with corporate twice

CEFCO Convenience Stores False advertising

Had the wrong price for fuel on the pump.. I bought the cheaper gas. But the receipt had a totally different price and total and charge . Store employee was very confused and called store manager who said nothing could be done and just apologize… even blocked pump so employee could close off pump.

Desired outcome: Something….store credit, or paid back for the right price.

CEFCO Convenience Stores A good review for starlett at cefco store 2081

Went in last week on a Wednesday and I noticed the cashier by the name of starlett was checking in a truck and at the same time running a register and then help in the kitchen...I definitely think she needs a raise or even moved up in her position and she greeted me when I came in asked if there was anything she could help me with and even help my child open her drink we need more of startletts in the world

CEFCO Convenience Stores Terrible Service

There is a manager that likes to give people hateful looks when they walk in as if they are trash beneath her feet. There were 2 managers there the day I walked in it is the fat one with her hair in a bun. She has no business being a manager if she is going t
o make people feel uncomfortable like that. Im being nice about it. Not everyone will be nice maybe you should talk to her before she causes a situation in your store. It is the Cefco on 621 N. Hewitt Dr. Waco Tx.
